I was charged a duplicate order due to restaraunt's app issues. App did not confirm that I was charged and in fact refused to complete the order whic resulted in me trying again. As you can see I was charged twice for the same order, staff also did not notify me at the time of pickup that I had a second order. Issue occurred 10/01/2023 around 8pm. I picked up order#*** but apparently there was a duplicate order (#***) that was placed due to app issues. Amount owed is $8.69 and I will settle for store credit as I frequent this restaraunt a lot. I contacted restaraunt via email address they have on their website to which I recieved no response.Business response
