Signed contract on Sept 25, 2020 paid them $1,357.00. to replace liner in our pool. Came on Oct 10, 2020 to change liner. When installing a quarter of the water in pool, pool started to buckle. Sent text immediately to owner. Owner had someone come to look at pool to replace *******************. **** said cannot be fixed ***** needed to replace pool. Had first demand letter sent from **************** no one replied. Second attorney send demand letter Sept 2021 no one responded, For a new pool and installation it will cost about $8,500 - $9,000. We do not have enough money to pursue with attorney to *** in court. This has been going on too long. I have no pool and out $1,357.00. Please help. My husband is a Marine VeteranBusiness response

In response to the claims made by *****************, we ordered a custom, above ground liner to be installed in her pool. The above ground pool located at **************************** was not a standard above ground size.Due to reasons unbeknownst to us, the pool measured 254 by 146 with a wall depth of 47 and a total height of 51. A standard size for that pool would be 15x 26 x 52. There are various factors that could contribute to a pool lacking proper dimensions such as wear and tear, improper installation, the degradation of the walls, etc.
The liner was installed, and water was delivered. During water delivery, the wall collapsed. I spoke to ***************** asking permission to access the damage to the pool. She was visiting her daughter in college. I was denied access to property and could not evaluate the cause of the issue. **************** told me she would contact me back regarding when I could access the pool and 3 days later, I received a letter from an attorney.
**************** sent a certified letter on November 17th,2020. I called November 25th, November 30th, and December 8th, leaving messages with no response. I emailed them on December 8th as well so the multiple attempts to come to a resolution and get in touch with **************** were made. With no access to the property, I had no possibility of accessing the damage or finding the cause of the wall collapse.
I would like to evaluate and access the pool in order to come to a resolution of some kind. I have included email correspondence between myself, *****************, and ******************* (****************).

The Liner Specialist stated that some factors can contribute to the pool collapse. It was the owner who came out to measure the pool. You knew when you measured the what the size was (are you not the "Liner Specialist") The pool was in great condition before you replaced the liner. You never mentioned that the pool looked like there is wear and tear that would not hold a new liner. If you felt that it was not in good condition, you would have not ordered a liner correct? When you had **** come out to see the pool. He did say he was calling you to let you know that the walls could not be fixed and you should do the right thing and get us a new pool.
Unfortunately, this was during when Covid was high. I would like this matter resolved asap. It has been going on too long. *** (****************) when I spoke to her she said you would keep missing each other to get this resolved. (She had Covid at one point and then was out again a some medical leave). She is no longer my attorney.

New liner was to be installed As I have a well water must be trucked in The job was to have floor of pool prepped and then liner installed But it was not compleated or installed correctly I still have a ¼ full pool and floor issues and not fully installed and now owner will not call me and I have paid in full for the jobCustomer response
