Hello, Our home was destroyed in Hurricane *** (9/1/21) ************ drove into our neighborhood and promised a lot of services. We paid them checks directly and they promised to provide receipts so we can claim for our insurance. They now refuse to provide receipts and say they are working with our insurance directly, which we did not authorize. They refuse to return our calls and emails and now our emails are bouncing back. We would like a receipt or our money back and want to ensure no one else interacts with this company.Business response

We were in the process of resolving this issue with the customer when we had issues with both our phones and email for a period of about 10 days. We have since worked out all payment and receipts have been provided to the customer as they had requested.
