Buyer Beware!!! Do not waste your time. Their quality of work is terrible, impossible to get ahold of anyone, they “don’t remember anything they tell you. Everyone that works there is rude and does not care about the customer. We paid thousands of dollars for a new home, just to have things broken or installed incorrectly, or and refused to be fixed. Things they said they were going to fix they never did, and we still had to pay them in the end. Worst experience ever.

If you don't read the rest of this, read this sentence, DO NOT RENT FROM AGL. I purchased a used mobile home from a private seller. Besides the fact the water is randomly shut off, or power is randomly cut, OR the random people coming through the park saying they were 'doing construction' at 6:30am on a Sunday (VERY typical) you won't be able to contact anyone in customer service either way. They will not send out warning (email or mail) when anything is happening to give you a warning to plan for no running water or no power. Isn't that illegal? The reasoning is either the bill for the park isn't paid of the 'construction workers' are careless and blow lines while digging. In the winter the park does not get plowed until mid day, typically around 10:30/11am. I have had to miss work multiple times as well as EMERGENCY SERVICES have not been able to get in the park. The craters in the road have been 'filled' with gravel but no proper maintenance has ever been preformed on the roads, after about a week the craters are back ready to swallow your vehicle. The rules they send out (which no one follows) and the paperwork you get that says that the rent is going up is about the only communication you will get. If I would have known I NEVER would have moved into an AGL run park. The worst part is how helpless you are, I am a single mom with an autistic daughter, I don't feel safe in the park, I don't feel cared for, and I feel like they just rake EVERYONE over the coals. I would love to say this is because of COVID but it has been like this since Nov of 2017. If it was simple things like miscommunication its fine, but it is BLATENT noncommunication and just horrific people running the place. If it wasn't so damned hard to find a place to live I would have moved already. All I want is to warn people as to what they are getting into before they sign up to fork over thousands of dollars without the proper communication.
