I had an appointment scheduled for May 18th for a total roof replacement, and arranged my schedule to be available for that meeting. Nobody showed up after I received a reminder from them about that appointment. Later that night, I received an e-mail with an apology. Because of that, I scheduled another appointment for June 3rd. Again, I received reminders from the company about that appointment. Thus, I arranged my schedule again to keep the appointment. And once again, no one showed up. No explanation, no phone call, no apology. I sent the company an e-mail complaining and asked for an explanation. I was totally ignored. Not a word came from anybody connected to AVA Roofing. I contacted them based on a number of positive reviews I read about their work - and- maybe they were all accurate. However, everybody has busy lives and finds it difficult to find time to meet with business representatives. After all, I was offering to give them my business for a decent size job. The least the company could have done was to contact me with an explanation as to why no one showed up for either appointment. I realize this is not the most important issue for some people, but it took some effort to make sure I was available both times. I even told them I would contact the BBB with a review, but apparently no one cared. I just think prospective customers should be aware of this shortcoming if they consider this company. Needless to say, I am hiring a different company for the roof replacement. However, AVA took itself out of consideration for a siding job next year. Congratulations, AVA. Next time, try a little courtesy.

hello ******, I apologize for my brother missing his appointment. This should have never happened. It has been some time since this review was written (in that period Vitaliy was going back and forth to bring our sister to USA from refugee camp in Mexico when her and the family left Ukraine. They were in Mexico for four weeks, it was a curve ball for us all here but family came first. To be fair reviews are written based on the service provided and i don't think getting 1 star for missing estimate or two is a fair rating especially for a company that's working so hard on the field to earn great reputation. Summer is a very busy time for us and being short handed we try our best to get to everyone and me fall short sometimes. One thing we can guarantee if we provided any service for you it wouldn't be 1 star. Best of luck with the project if it's not done yet, and if it is i hope it all went well.

The installation crew did a great job on a very challenging roof installation. The office staff were not as communicative as I would have liked about progress and delays, but at my insistance they did schedule a Saturday crew to help get my project caught up before a big storm.

Wow, where do I start. From the very beginng to the final completion, the work completed by AVA was nothing but fantastic. To start, I called for a quote. No appointment needed. They used Sattelite pictures to quote my roofing project. Had price and booked immediately. Received a call and asked if we wanted the roof installed and i immediately said yes. Project completed in one day. WOW again. Other companies took three weeks to just get a quote with installation to be made three months later. Did not want a roof installed in snow. Price was comparable and I am personally very satisfied. Thank You so Much
