I tried to register my new puppy with ******* per the vet's Registration Form; however, I was unable to register puppy until I paid $99.95 to Peeva. Peeva has refused to refund my money. I have been scammed by Peeva. ***** ** 04/12/2024.

We apologize that you visited our website instead of the one you intended. However, Peeva is a central pet registration database where all microchips can be enrolled. Many pet owners with microchips from other brands register their pets with our service for added protection, as we offer a suite of complimentary services and features that other companies lack. All who register their pets with our service are required to select the brand of microchip implanted in their pet during enrollment. They must also agree to our website terms and privacy policies at checkout. Peeva will not accept payment or allow a registration to proceed unless these are acknowledged and adhered to. Additionally, Peeva wants everyone to love our service, which is why we offer a 3-day grace period to cancel and receive a full refund. It is not our fault that the person filing this complaint missed our cancellation deadline.Review from Pamela K.

I tried to register my dog with ******* and it went through to Peeva. I was charged $99.95. I then did get through to ******** where I was supposed to register my dog. I tried to get back to Peeva and there were times that they hung up on me. When I did get to speak to someone they said they would send me a code to cancel. I never got the code. When I talked to someone else they gave me a phone number to call. When I called that number the woman who answered the phone was confused because she said that they are a human insurance agency. She did not know why I was given that number. I am trying to get my $99.95 refunded. I feel like I have been scammed. If this is a reputable place I should have been able to cancel this right away, but you can't get through to them. Sometimes I got a recording saying they would call me back but they never did. Will I be able to recover my money ?Review from Justine B

This company is a ripoff. I sent them an email to get my money back. I sent it the next day after I found out you could get it free but the email they had provided was wrong. So my email kept coming back so I called them and got the right email. Then they said it was after 3 days so I was not getting my refund. People need to check other places. I would never do business with them again.Review from Linda T

The spca had already registered my new cat’s chip so I registered with Peeva by mistake. I emailed and asked for a refund but I suppose I’m never going to see that! These are not good people. *****Review from Sue T

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I registered my dog's microchip for $54.95. I have since left 4 emails and 4 voicemails, none of which have ever been returned. Very poor customer service. They will take your money right away, but will not return messages. I am now registering his chip with another company.Review from Rick S

Website is a nightmare to navigate. You are required to use your cell phone to make your entries. A magnifying glass is required to read and your finger over reaches. Entries are not saved. No phone # is listed on website. You have to search Google for that. When you call you get a computer that will test your patience. Eventually you will be told that it is too busy to talk to you and to leave your number. After 4 days they have not returned my call. BEWARE this company. When you Google competitors you get clones with one-star ratings.
