      WHERE IS THE ****** REPORT FOR ***: *****************??????THAT'S WHAT I SHOULD HAVE ASKED BEFORE SIGNING ANY PAPERS ON 4/19/2022 AND THAT'S WHAT YOU SHOULD ASK AS WELL BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR PAPERS WITH THEM.SALES SPECIALIST WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY BUT TRIED TO SALE ME A 2018 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER SPORT WITH 42.5K MILES FOR $21K. AFTER NEGOTIATING THEY BROUGHT IT DOWN TO $19.5K PLUS TAXED AND FEES. RECENTLY SOMEONE TRIED TO BUY IT BACK FROM ME AND ASKED ME FOR THE *** #. AFTER RUNNING THE REPORT, WE DISCOVERED THE *** HAS BEEN IN 3 DIFFERENT ACCIDENTS (1/8/2019, 1/26/2019, 7/9/2020). AND I DID NOT RECEIVE A DAMAGE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AT THE **** OF PURCHASE.AC COMPRESSOR HAD TO BE REPLACED A MONTH LATER AT 43K MILES, I AM CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT ELSE IS DAMAGED THAT WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED BEFORE MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRED. INITIALLY I WAS OFFERED A 4 **** WARRANTY THEN THE FINANCE BROOUGHT IT DOWN TO * *****, AND HIS EXCUSE WAS BECAUSE OF THE **** AND MILEAGE OF THE ***.       This place is a SCAM. They did not honor the deal we spent almost all day making. For the amount of time they kept us there to complete our purchase and then to blatantly make us sign a **** on their online system without showing the full print out is not a way to do business. The salesmen quickly scroll through the papers showing us only the numbers he wanted us to see. After he gained our signature, he conveniently forgot to hand us the print out for our records until we were practically begging him for one. On inspection of this **** we realized he charged us OVER the amount we discussed and different from the amount he showed us on the **** when signing. When questioned about it, he dodged us and claimed we were in the wrong. Having spent almost 6 hours there, I don't think we would be forgetting what the final discussion was. This place is just a joke. STAY AWAY.

      First and foremost, I'd like to say that if the option was available to leave no stars, i certainly would, that is how must distain i feel for this "business." I started my car buying journey like so many now, online. I found a vehicle that suited my needs and contacted the dealer to inquire about it. The internet sales woman who answered was extremely pleasant, but that's where the pleasantries end. I built my entire deal online, aside from financing. I specifically asked if they honor the deal online, each person replied with a resounding "yes." So, I decided to make the journey from PA to Brooklyn under the assumption that my deal would be legitimate and upheld, after all, it's a name-brand dealer, right? Well, 4 hours and a tank of fuel later, I arrived and was greeted by my salesman. I immediately got a bad vibe from the place in seeing how other people were interacting with their customers, but i remained optimistic. They began to review my deal, and came back significantly lower than what the online deal had said for my trade. When i disagreed with them, the manager, who was a little weasel himself came to talk to me directly. I have bought many cars, dealt with the back and forth, the dance, but this guy was by far the worst person I have ever dealt with. The complete disregard for how he spoke to me, making me feel like a second-rate citizen because shame on me for expecting them to honor a deal that was online. Then, after I disagreed with them, the finance manager ran numbers for me, the car coming back 10k higher than advertised online. When i asked about it, they simply said "there is a 10% **** up on our vehicles ." They continued to try and sell me the car, even after i told them no. Then, the finance manager and sales manager got upset because I decided to call my personal back to see if i could get a better interest rate. Their response "ohh, take the car and you can always refinance later." DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

      Primarily, I would never come here again if they keep one of their associates named "Gori". He is allegedly a finance manager, but lacks major MAJOR managerial skills. I have never felt more disgusted by a way another person spoke to me. I was there from 5pm through 10pm, patiently waiting never made a fuss even when he came out his mouth to me and my family. As I can't talk about the other associates being that they were all very kind; he was the most unprofessional and unkind person I have met in a dealership. We are all customers ANYWHERE we go; he needs to learn how to treat people with respect and kindness. I live in Westchester county and for me to come to Brooklyn in hopes of getting a new car at this dealership because it seemed very good, this was very disappointing. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I know how customers can be, but I WAS NOT A BAD CUSTOMER. I was more than respectful but he began to cross boundaries in the way he spoke to me and that is something I will not stand for. He couldn't even give me a written break down of my anticipated car deal because he knew we caught onto his fishy **** Point blank PERIOD they need to fire him and he needs to take a training to learn basic person-person communication skills. I mean WOW, this is only half of what occurred but you know what karma will always catch up to people. I just know I will never come here again and I am definitely bringing this to corporate.Mitsubishi Location:5910 **********, Brooklyn, ** *****

      This is the worst place for service repair. I was told they did a full diagnostic on my car which took a week and found out I need a new timing chain. I sat with a manager and he should me pictures of what was bad in result of me having to get a new engine from warranty or I may possibly have to buy a use engine. I’ve waited weeks no one have been updating me with the process of what’s going on. Every time I call, they give me a run around saying their waiting on my warranty to send out a adjuster to look at the engine It’s been a month nothing was done and now I’m being told I just need a new starter & the car would be good. They been lying to me this whole time, my engine was never took apart & how can you run a full diagnostic on the car for a week and miss out that the starter was the problem? I still haven’t received my car !!!!! I REPEAT THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR
