    I ordered to iphone cases and only received 1. I tried to call them but they never answer and you can't leave messages because it is always full. I emailed them to explain they didn't send the 2nd case...they replied that my shipment was received. I replied again saying I got the shipment but it wasn't my full order. They have never replied again. I ended up filing a case with ****** to get a refund.

    Ordered 2 cases over a month ago still have received nothing. And company doesn't not communicate at all.

    They send me the wrong case I return it back to them and they have not credit back my account. What can I do about this issue please advise.

    I ordered the wrong case. Emailed them to find out how to get a refund. They failed to give me all of the necessary information for a refund. I had mailed it back and now, they just keep sending auto response emails. I just want a refund. I sent back the case. I **** checked their IG account and find it riddled with complaints like my own. They are a fraudulent company.

    I have been ordering from PUNKCASE for id say a good 10 years. They used to be AMAZING. I dont know what happened to them. They must have been bought out by horrible people. Ordered 2 cases both showed up but I think got thrown away so I ordered 2 more the same ones for full price because it was my fault. Only showed up. I have been emailing and battling them for months now since at least April yes APRIL and it is now the day before August!!!! If there was a way to leave zero stars i would. If there was a way to get this company to shut down id help shut it down. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life. They don't deserve to be a company making money, ripping people off.

    Unreal how terrible this business is! Ordered 2 cases and only 1 arrived. I have been emailing for over a month with no response and there is NO WAY to contact anyone via phone! We are just screwed!

    These guys **** and they are liars. PUNKCase bought from their website, big mistake, and then hinge broke shortly after. Email them and the clown at the other end told me they would send another without even knowing my mailing address. I asked again about that and and was told it went out. I knew then I was scammed. That was 2 months ago. Never buy unless ****** or **** so you can at least give feedback.

    This is a fake business. I ordered a waterproof case, and it came broken in the mail because of how garbage that product was. Then I tried to get a refund, and they kept making me go in circles and never did what they said they would; now they stole my money. Don't fall for this trap, and I hope this scam ***** *** down soon.

    Several people are having the same issue I am having with The business Punkcase. I ordered a certain type of color phone case. They sent a totally different color. I contracted them. "They offered me 20% refund and keep the case or return the item at my own expense ". I kept the case. I ordered from the again. Thought the 1st time was just an accident. They did the exact same thing again. They are literally sending paying customers the wrong items on purpose. Which isn't right. Just look at all the reviews on ********. "Punkcase on ********". It's alot of customers who were scammed by them. Sending everyone the wrong items on purpose or not at all. I just wish I would of investigated more on the company.

    PUNKCASE COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ORDERD 2 S23 ULTRA CASES ON MAY 13 Order #****** Confirmed May 13 *** NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT TODAY IS JUNE 6TH. NO REFUND. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
