    On 7/9/25, I made a $38.77 online purchase from Punkcase for a cellphone case. On the morning of 7/10/25, tracking showed that a pre-shipment label was created for my package. On the afternoon of 7/10/25, tracking showed that my package was awaiting processing. My package has never moved beyond that stage. On 7/24/25, I contacted Punkcase via email about the lack of progress in shipping. Punkcase responded with, "At this point we will assume that the package is lost in transit." No refund or promise to reship were forthcoming. Additional emails to Punkcase included the order number but were ignored entirely or responded to with "confirm order number." ******* is now trying to recover my money. Punkcase has asked me to leave a review. I have left a 1 star review with truthful details. Punkcase has turned all reviews (including mine) into 5 star reviews even when the reviewers comments explain why they have chosen to give a 1-star review.

    With a tracking number ****************************** there is no updated of the package in more than 14 days, no answers to my emails and attempt to contact the company. I would like to request a refund. This is ridiculous. There are more customers in similar situation as me. The tracking number details says the product is stuck in ** which other customers has evidenced and complained under the similar circumstances and answers.Please, help with a refund process Thanks

     They have asked me TWICE for my order number. I have sent to them TWICE by email the order number that THEY SENT ME on the first place. They keep playing the game as pretending to be a fool and not having that info when they are the ones who provided with the ORDER NUMBER as you have seen on the screenshots.  I have replied to them and they keep replying to me asking for the same info

    I ordered 2 phone cases and a portable battery pack. The battery pack never came, and I accidently ordered the wrong size case for 1 of my phones. I reached out immediately after receiving the 2 of the 3 items ordered, and did receive a response, but then never heard anything. No info on how to rectify my mistake, and no refund for the absent battery back (the items were poorly packaged, as in not sealed properly and over-stuffed, so the battery either fell out during transit or was never included in the first place). I have reached out several times, and finally (after over 2 months) received information to return the wrong size case, along with a statement that after 30 days only credit would be issued. But, I started the process immediately, and the delay was because of their lack of response. I have given the company ample time to do the right thing before filing this complaint (as in its over 3 months now from the time I received the package).

    On or around may 22, 2025 I purchased two phonecards for my ******* Galaxy S20 fe phone and I have not received it. I contacted the company several times and was told to wait and now it has been more than 2 months and I contacted the company again via email and was recently told my items was lost in transit but when I tracked the item via **** I found out they are still waiting to receive the item.

    I ordered one of thoer cases in late May. After receiving the case I found it was the wrong case. I contacted the company for an exchange. They asked for my order numbers Its been two months and they have yet to give me instructions on how to exchange my case. Ive called multiple times *** only gotten a voice mail. Ive emailed them with only a few responses appolgizng but not giving me any info on how to to exchange my case. They are completely unreachable.

    Disappointed with **************** and Lack of Follow-Through I placed an order with PunkCase on April 19, 2025, for a phone case and battery pack. The package arrived on April 26, but the phone case was the wrong color and the battery pack was missing entirely. I contacted their support team on April 28 to report the issue.They responded by offering a refund if I returned the product, which I did. According to my tracking information, they received the return on May 20. Despite this, I still have not received my refund. I followed up again on June 20, but their support continues to ask for the order numbersomething Ive included in every single email.

    I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and resolution regarding my order (#******). I have emailed your company multiple times, each time providing the order number and a clear explanation of the issue: I received the wrong color phone case and never received the battery pack that I ordered.
    Despite this, I continue to receive the same generic response about shipping timeswhich has nothing to do with the problem Im reporting. This has been going on since I first received the order, and it is unacceptable.
    At this point, I expect a prompt and direct resolution. Please address the actual issue and advise on how and when this will be corrected.

    I ordered a phone case from Punkcase on 13/102024, order number #****** but although it was recorded as delivered, it never arrived to my address.I subsequently ordered a second phone case on 01/12/2024 and had it delivered to a different address to prevent the same problem- it arrived safely. However, the second phone case was broken - the buttons broke off and the edges of the case were starting to crack upon first use.I have contacted Punkcase multiple times and they initially offered one replacement but this was never confirmed as being shipped and has not arrived and Punkcase have not replied to any of my subsequent emails. There is no other way to contact them so I have not been able to proceed any further.I am very upset and dissappointed with this unacceptable service and would like to request a refund or replacement for the 2 phone covers.

    Order was placed may 14 2025 tracking number was provided. Order was shown in NJ as label printed. After two weeks of no movement I reached out to the company via email asking for an update. No response from company waited another week still no movement or response at this point I emailed company again left a review still no response. I have checked tacking again and it is no longer available. No product no response, I'd like my money back.

    Ordered a case online May 8 got a shipping confirmation May 9. Waited until May 29 and sent them an inquiry through there (contact us) portal asking for an update on my order with my order number in the email. Received a reply that same day asking for my order number. Sent it to them again. Haven't heard from them since May 29. Tried again June 2 through the one email they sent in reply. Looked at alot of the reviews on there site and alot of people are having this same problem.
