I visited the ********* location earlier this morning and spent over $250.00. While I was checking out, two different items rung up incorrectly which I happen to catch at checkout however a third item I didn't catch till I got home. I called the store (as well as I took a picture of the item and receipt which you can clearly see is incorrectly priced) and was told they recently had price changes and I would need to return to the store with the receipt and product for the price adjustment. I live a considerable distance from the store and I was planning on giving the item to someone else today. The customer service person was told by *** that it's store policy and nothing can be done without the product. I tried telling them I took a picture however they wouldn't waiver.....If I lived close, no problem however with the price of gas, I really shouldn't be inconvenienced.....They told me to call the headquarters and I was told the person in charge was out to lunch. I called back and he was still unavailable. Very poor customer service.
