On August 5th I purchased $446.74 from Amazing Savings on ***************************************************************************. I tried to Return to the Brooklyn store on ***** some of the items this past week. I showed the **************** Cashier, *****, my receipt from my phone since I did not have the Physical Receipt. ***** informed me that she could not take it back since I needed to provide a Physical Receipt. I asked to speak to a manager. It seems that she summoned a Supervisor. The Supervisor informed me that she could not do it from the phone since they needed to circle on the receipts the items that were being returned. I asked her if I could text or WhatsApp the receipt. She said no. I went hope and printed the receipt. When I returned to *****, the customer service cashier, I presented her the printed physical receipt. She said that she could not take the printed receipt. I asked to speak to a manager. ****, the manager, informed me that he could not take it back that he needed the original receipt. I informed **** that ***** never mentioned that the original receipt was needed. The supervisor never informed me that the original receipt was needed. I was only informed that a physical receipt was needed. Their Policy as written on the receipt states that "Refund within 15 days with receipt in original packaging". It does not state Original Receipt. The **************** Register doesn't state Original Receipt. It just states Receipt. I mentioned to the manager that the policy needed to be clearly stated on the receipt and by every register. The manager was adamant and not willing to give me a refund. On this past Wednesday, August 17th I emailed my complaint to Amazing Savings and I have not received a response. I am reaching out to BBB since I am concerned that the 15 days will expire tomorrow Evening , Saturday August 20th. I don't have the capability to upload the printed receipt since I don't have a scanner with me. I will be able to scan the receipt next week.
