      I sold rebag a van cleef necklace and have been waiting for payment for weeks now. I have tried to contact them via email, phone, instagram messages, and their direct chat feature. I do not get a response to my question, and they have my item. I just want my money. Where is my item and what is the hold up? Zero communication at all.

      It shows blinking letters of "7 day refund no matter what" everywhere on the website, even right under the purchase area. I received my bags and I notice that those are not authentic. So I requested refund because it's not real, but they said no refund for any of the bags because it's all final sale.I understand about final sale but when I bring those bags to ***** and Prada, they also said it doesn't look authentic and because there isn't the ** code or anything they can confirm it's real. I looks so fake, so I took photos and gathered evidences and contacted Rebag multiple times. They only say it's all the bags they sell are authentic. I can't trust they "online certification" at all. It's very stressful.

      I submitted three bags over the course of a month. Two were inspected and paid out right away. The third one says received but no other information. Its been a month. I emailed and after several days someone said they would check with the warehouse but also never heard back again. I just want to know what happened to my bag?!!

      BEWARE of doing business with Rebag. They will "lose" valuable items that you send them for their trade-in program, and you won't get them back. I mailed my ******************** 30 bag to them for a trade and purchase. Rebag declined the bag, citing its condition, and mailed it back to me. Upon receiving the returned bag, I noticed they had "forgotten" to return the little gold key that I had carefully placed inside the bag when mailing it to them. It was in a thick white envelope inside the bag so that it would not be missed. I notified Rebag immediately. Their response was the key does not affect the amount we charge for re-selling the bag. I then asked if they would please check the area where they had my bag; perhaps the key just fell out. The response from Rebag was essentially we are too busy in the warehouse to even look for your property that we lost, and we will not check. What a terrible way to do business! I will NEVER buy any products from REBAG ever. They are not trustworthy. They are sloppy and they clearly have little regard for their customers. FYI to Rebag: just because YOU consider my property worthless to YOU does not mean it has no value to ME. The Speedy 30 key is an accessory to the bag. It holds value. I would have loved to give this to my 8 y.o. daughter ************* would have adored having the little key for the lock - which is now rendered useless. Rebag is a bad company. Do not deal with them.

      I have had nothing but a great experience with Rebag. The items I have ordered, including bags from Chanel and Hermes and jewelry from Van ****** have been in better condition that I would have imagined for pre-loved. Packaging is very nice and includes a branded dustbag and/or jewelry box. Shipping always quick!

      Rebag has one of the worst customer service. Calls and emails that are never answered. It's been almost a month since I bought a bag ( order # ********) for a trip I have coming up soon. Two days after the purchase I sent the shoes that I traded in. They have already confirmed receipt of the shoes, but they have not sent the bag. At this point I will no longer be able to take it on my trip, which was the main reason for my purchase.

      I sent them 2 bags, 4 slgs in end of Jan, they got it on Feb 6. They are under order number: ******, ******, ****** I never receive any e-mail from them after I unsubscribed their e-mail systems, so I have to ask them to e-mail me the tracking numbers. So I can only see the update status on their app and via chat with the **************** person. I wait nearly 3 weeks, the order ****** got paid in my wallet, but the 2 other orders not yet updated. 2 days ago, their systems show a message to review the quote : they revised the quote order ****** (my onthego MM Wild at heart) from **** usd to **** usd . Wow!!! Speechless. I refused the quote. I chat with their Sales person, she checked and found that their staff made a mistake: they use the wrong order number, the revised quote should be for the order ****** (onthego GM Jungle Nior/Camel), which orginal **** usd.Well, they dont fix their mistake, but their changed the name of my MM bag on systems to GM and deleted all the description they input to revised the quote.The next day, they dont purchase the MM size bag also, with no reason.They not yet updated the return tracking on their app. I dont know when they will ship out my bags, and the condition after they got them for 1 month . Their CS stop answer my text. I called them but had to wait too long. During this waiting time on the phone, I had to listen to their motto repeat non-stop which annoyed me. I gave up and hang up. They need to improve their customer service and the responce time. Their website show 3-5 days to reply to a order but it took me 3 weeks!Also, its a bait quote and when client sent them the items, they lowball or refuse to buy. They have to stop treating client like this!

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AVOID ********************!!!I canceled the order and even text messaged with an employee of rebag - confirming I canceled the order. A few days later I received an email the bag was sent! I have called five times and after being on hold "waiting for the next representative" for 20 minutes - I get cut off. I have tried to chat with their customer service online. Althought I am logged into my account, the chat assistance indicates I must log in to my account and then disconnects. I have sent two emails and no response. AVOID REBAG!!!

      Rebag overcharged me by about $500 for a bag. I attempted to contact customer service by home and email more than once - no response.
