NOV 09 202 3 NEW BOILER WAS INSTALLED WITH MANY PROBLEMS AS A RESULT THE RADIATOR IN MY DEN WOULD NOT OPERATE.( NO HEAT), IT WAS FINE BEFORE THE BOILER WAS INSTALLED IT CONTINUE TO BANG. THEY SAID I NEEDED A. ******** WHICH THEY INSTALLED. ALSO, THEY TURNED OFF THE RADIATOR IN THE ROOM WHERE THE THERMOST IS LOCATED AND LEFT IT LIKE THAT.. THE RADIATOR IN THE **** IS NOW NOT ON. THERE WAS NOTHING THE MATTER WITH IT BEFORE THEY BE GAN WORK.. IT APPEARS THAT THE HEATING SUPPLY TO THE ***** PART OF THE HOUSE IS NOT SUPPLIED.I CALLED THE COMPANY AND SPOKE TO *****. HE TOLD ME TO RAISE THE THERMOSTAT ( SET AT 70 ) WHEN THE ROOM WHERE THE THERMOSTAT IS LOCATED IS COMPLETELY COLD. I HAVE ONLY ONE KITCHEN RADIATOR THAT WORKS, AND NEVER TURNS OFF I WAS NOT GIVEN A MANUAL AND SERIAL NUMBER FOR THE **** I HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION I AM 86 YEARS OLD THIS COMPANY IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME. THIS COMPANY DOES SHODDY WORK
