On November 15th, 2024, I orders some jewelry as gifts for Christmas. I received the jewelry I ordered. However, ever since then Aspen Jewelry has been billing me for either ***** or *****. Which I did not authorize. I did not agree to any service or subscription, I only purchased the jewelry for Christmas gifts. I bought jewelry from this company several months ago. One time only. Every month they continue to take that amount out. I notified my bank and I was refunded the money. Last year I purchased an item online from Aspen Jewelry. A few months later they charged $29.95 to my account for a "subscription fee." I called them, they credited the charge, canceled my "subscription," and agreed to take my credit card and email out of their system. Today they put through another $29.95 charge. I will call them, but my card is now blocked and I have to get a new one when my bank opens on Monday. This is a HUGE inconvenience.Initial Complaint

I had one order with this company Aspen Jewlers back in 2023? Didn't realize I had agreed to some monthly sign up. I contacted them, they assured me they cancelled it. They continued to change a monthly fee. Not even sure how many months they did this. Then it seemed to stop finally. Just checking my statements for the last couple months, and found they started charging me again at some point. Checked my statements, someone started charging me again, even though I'd not ordered anything or had any contact with them since the 2023 rip off, and cancelation. I made an order with Aspen Jewelry and authorized the charge. Since then I recently realized they have been charging me every month which I did not agree to. I ordered jewelry from Aspen Jewelry who advertised on ******** that they were going to shut down the business so were selling their inventory at discounted prices. The company advised me when they received my order and shipped it. I received everything I ordered. My **** payment was processed on January 3 for the jewelry received. Unfortunately, the company proceeded to also bill my **** on February 3, March 3 and April 3 without my authorization. I purchased a Christmas snowflake bracelet which was under $10.. That was in November of 2024. Since then my CC had been charged $22.95 monthly. I do know why and the phone ALWAYS RINGS BUSY. This company has randomly been charging me for the last 6 months, and I just now saw it. It's been a charge of $22.95 monthly.
