Several consumers claim they wait weeks or more beyond the expected delivery date before their ordered items are delivered. Those customers still awaiting delivery reportedly encounter a lot of difficulty in trying to confirm the status of their order with the company’s customer service representatives. Many consumers have allegedly received defective or damaged merchandise, and a number of those consumers claim they either have been unable to have the damaged merchandise repaired or endure long frustrating waits for the repairs to be made.
