Came in for a checkup & cleaning today. This place spent more time trying to upsell a gum treatment than they actually spent on the cleaning. The most rushed cleaning I've ever gone thru & my teeth feel like nothing was done. The actual cleaning took about 7 mins & pretty much glossed over everything because I refused their unnecessary gum treatment. Wish I would've checked reviews before making an appt at this con place.Update 11/13/23: complained to the insurance, this office had me come back for another cleaning with a different hygienist. This cleaning took 9 mins long. After requesting my X-rays, pics, & notes be emailed to me, I found that they noted that I refused the fluoride treatment, which I did not. Both times I was not given fluoride treatment. Why have me come back a 2nd time if you're going to give me the same poor service that I complained about the 1st time. BEWARE!!!! Also note that all the positive reviews are from ppl with 1-3 reviews, while all the negative reviews are from ppl with several posts. Looks like a lot of fake reviews to me.

Horrible, Money Hungry, Scam Operation. Went to get a cracked tooth checked out. Didnt even look for 2 mins before he Told me it needed to be removed and I needed to have a $3,000 bone graft done, which they said my insurance doesnt cover. I will be reporting them to my insurance company how are you apart of their network but dont accept their insurance for anything. After going to an oral surgeon i was told the tooth didnt need to be removed it could be saved easily. I just needed a route canal and a crown. After seeing I wasnt interested in any of their scam procedures they quickly sent me off with no explanation of anything. I will be switching from this dentist office immediately they will never see me again. MONEY GRAB BEWARE. DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE.

If I could give less stars I would! I waited over an hour for a 10 a.m appointment which I understand sometimes it happens. I was given x-rays and waited an additional half hour and brought in the back for 2d picturing. I had hope that the pain in my teeth and gums would be resolved or atleast an attempt. I was seen before the dentist by a woman who is a care coordinator who was friendly enough until I realized why. The Dr came in and was very rude and cold. He shamed me for care of my teeth that were out of my control. He did not ask a single question in regard to what led up to this. He walked out of the room in which I thought he would be back and we would discuss care because since I was in the chair already and in agonizing pain I wanted to get treated.The care coordinator came back in saying my treatment would cost $8,000 and insurance won't cover it and to sign up for financing options. I was hesitant and I did and it did not go well.Once I was not approved, I asked if we can try my insurance first and work out a payment plan. I was shown the door. No teeth cleaning, no nothing. Not suggestions on what to do to relieve the pain or antibiotics (since I have an infection).This site is money hungry and do not care about people who are in serious need of treatment.

Beware of this unorganized & rude practice! There are so many red flags. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews. When I arrived the receptionists were loud talking and on the phones. *******, the main receptionist that signs you in is very rude and not pleasant to deal with. She is unprofessional and dismissive. as a paying patient you should not have this type of attitude at the front desk. She need to be fired or taught about customer service. I will never go back here. The cleaning that was Performed was also very rushed by the oral hygienist and I still see items in my teeth. My teeth do not feel any cleaner. I had to wait over 30 mins for my scheduled appointment to be seen. Please if you are looking for a professional staff that actually CARE about your dental health and time, DO NOT COME HERE! THEY DO NOT “MAKE YOU SMILE”. All they care about is taking your money and disrespecting you in the process. Also, the doctor doesn’t even know what is wrong with my gum and why it is infected in the first place. He proceeded to sit in deep thought for at least 5 mins. He then suggested I go to a oral surgeon and get surgery. Without any sort of diagnosis! This place is a joke!

They forced me to pull 4 tooth 4 implants charged me $***** for a full job get to two and told me the didnt charged me properly they wanted to charged me another ***** for the remaining 2 One of the implant is on the side of my mouth it hurts no other doctor wanna see me and Im suffering They a big scam because they use my tmj to sell me implants and it got worse I truly regretted going there Im in more pain and no one can help me

Not informative, I wasn't made aware that my doctor was no longer there until the middle of a procedure when it was time for the doctor to enter the room I went for a check up and was coerced into getting my tooth pulled after telling them several times that I didn't want to get it pulled they used scared tactics to convince me into doing so I believed unnecessary work was done for the sake of financial gain an amount of money I can't afford my chief complaint was a toothache I was told my insured wouldn't cover the cost without them even putting in an request it's only after I called them is when I found out the work they did wasn't necessary because I wasn't seeking cosmetic anything I needed to know if I had an infection and why my tooth was hurting so bad being vulnerable desperate and ignorant they took advantage of that performed a procedure that wasn't necessary for me all that was needed was medication like antibiotics and maybe an the tooth pull nothing further but they went beyond that without granting me any choice or other possibilities to treat the tooth I was clueless they never gave me any copies of the paperwork and unfortunately I was alone during this ordeal that place came highly recommended by a friend I've been there several time being treated by the same doctor had I knew my doctor was no longer there I would had never kept the appoinment these people never informed me I would be seeing a new doctor I was already given medication and numb before seeing the dentist that been practicing for 5yrs smh something has to be done about these type of tactic
