    This business contacted us about funding. We did not like the deal and said we were not interested. We have received emails, texts and phone calls constantly. We told them numerous time we have zero interest. Yet they still will not stop. We even went as far as blocking phone numbers and email addresses. They continue to spam **. They call from local numbers and are in ********. When I say local I mean a city by me in ********, yet they are states away. The harassment is out of control!Thanks for your time in the matter! *****

    As a small business owner we were looking for a loan to help expand our business. Ontrack offered a small loan at first that we would have to pay weekly for 8 weeks and then would get a 2nd and significantly larger loan. I reviewed previous complaints on this company and grilled the two associates I dealt with on this process and mentioned the complaints I had read. They convinced me that would not happen in this case. When I requested everything in writing they said that was not necessary since we have the contract. The ONLY reason we moved forward with agreeing to the1st loan was because of the promise of the 2nd loan. Despite my hesitation we moved forward with signing the contracts for both loans. We did receive the first loan and started payments immediately. Several weeks before the second loan was scheduled to deposit, we tried reaching out to ensure everything was in order. We left several voicemails and emails and never heard back. I tried calling the company number and several other numbers listed and they were either not working or not being answered. Finally, I did receive a "response" from our contact claiming he had been "on vacation" and we needed to send him something. He was not clear and when we asked him to clarify he never responded and no one else reached out. That was a huge red flag to me. As I suspected, we did not receive the 2nd loan and still cannot get ahold of anyone in the company. I'm sure their response to this complaint would be either they don't have an underwriter, or that the contract we have wasn't signed by the company so its void, or some other excuse. I wish I had recorded the conversation in Feb because I was promised that everything was all set and we would get the 2nd loan. At this point I'm not sure if this company is a scam or just a company full of scammers. But it's obvious they don't care about the success of small business owners. This situation has caused a lot of stress and anxiety.

    The answer is unacceptable and is pretty much a copy/paste from previous complaints. I want an actual person to call me to discuss this matter further. My number or my husband's number is on file. Also the 2nd loan was promised and guaranteed by the two associates I spoke to, now I understand why they didn't want to give me that I'm writing. Also I have called the main number listed on the website several times and no one answers nor is there a voicemail option. I've also called both numbers listed in the associates email, his direct dial which was not working and his cell phone which was not answered. I will not resolve my complaint until someone contacts me or my husband directly. My husband's number should be listed.

    I need to know how I have a signed contract that was not followed. I deserve an explanation. No one will answer me at the company or return my emails/voicemails. My next step will be to file an official complaint with the *** to report fraud. This whole situation is very shady and I'm starting to be concerned that we were scammed and that this is a fraudulent company. Any other company would have been able to provide an explanation as to why they did not follow through with the contract. My complaint will not be resolved until someone from the company actually responds to **.

    On 9/19/22, 11/2/22, 1/4/23, & 4/24/23 I received messages from this company from someone named *********** from various phone numbers including: **************, **************, **************, **************. Each time I have asked to opt out of messaging and to be taken off their messaging list. I am still getting text messages from them and even received a threat from an employee named ***** for telling them to stop messaging and calling me.

    On 2/23/23 OnTrack funding on behalf of Vox Funding did an ACH and Check from of $25,000.00 each. This was to prove according to "*****" at OnTrack that Vox Funding was needing to prove we were actually a company. This was to be only $25,000.00 not $50,000.00 and it was to be returned but as of 4/17/23, they have not returned anything to us.They debited by made up check $25,000.00 on 2/23 from our ********** They debited by ACH $25,000.00 on 2/23 from our ******* account (bank returned as it was not from OnTrack but another "company that was theirs and looked fraudulent" They debited by ACH $25,000.00 on 3/1/23 from our ********** account saying they never received the "hold funds" but they already had from Chase on 2/23 and was to be releasing the hold 5 days later on 2/28.***** said that this was incorrect and they made mistake and was refunding the $50,000.00. He promised on 3 separate occasions, said that the monies was taken in error and would be returned but bank holidays and short staff made it longer to process. We patiently waited and then had to file with bank the fraud. This company has threatened via text and phone calls. Threated our business. We need help.

    DO NOT USE THIS FIRM We engaged On Track Funding on 3 March 2023. They signed us up with Everest Funding for a short term loan which would be replaced by an LOC from On Track effective 31 March. We met all our obligations but On Track suddenly went dark after taking a $5K fee which was supposed to be refundable. They are fraudsters and scammers and we have the emails and voice mails to prove it. DO NOT USE ON TRACK FUNDING. THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL.

    Their response is a complete falsehood and a stock response they use with BBB.  I have a complete correspondence from them that shows their lies and include them as an attachment.  I have also been in touch with the lender and the actual broker they used to place the loan (although they affirmed several times they were a direct lender and did not use brokers.  Both of those legitimate businesses are investigating OnTrack separately .  Please do not fall for their protestations which are false.  They still will not respond to emails or calls.

    I was seeking some business funding and was contacted by ************************* of Ontrack Funding and his supposed supervisor *********************. The funding offer was for ***** initially but Singer and ***** stated they would have to do a short term loan with a company with high interest but after 4 weeks they would issue a new loan with lower interest ad over a 36 month term. I told the I was not interested in a loan shark rate loan. Ontrack then issued a contract to me that would take effect February 1, 2023, paying off the short term loan and start the new terms. A contract was signed through docu sign for both of these agreements. Those documents are not available on Docusign any longer and multiple calls, texts and emails to Ontrack have been ignored. On two occasions, ********************* and ************************* answered the phones and pretended they could not hear me. ********************* mentioned my name, knew why I was calling and was assured they would call back. To date no response.Emails to the customer service desk have been ignored save for one instance they responded and said my issue will be addressed on 2/6/2023. There has been no contact and, on top of this, after I attempted to contact Ontrack Funding the first time, (2/3/2023) I received an email from *************************** ********************************** that two contracts already signed in Docusign were voided minutes after I tried to reach them. No explanation and after the effective dates of the contracts had past. This company had caused a financial hardship, used deceptive practices and has violated terms of a contract. In addition, they have extracted unwarranted fees under false pretenses. In addition to this complaint I will look to pursue any other legal method available to punish this company and have my monies returned.

    The company in question is OnTrack Funding LLC. I have been trying to contact them for a month, but no one will call back. I had a couple of personal numbers and have talked to people who work with them but they have changed their numbers ( ******************* and a *********************). They hounded me to take a business loan and said they would be in continuous contact. I am having Large sums of money withdrawn from my bank account and no one to tell me what the money is coming out for because this was not what I agreed to . I am still trying to attain a copy of the contracts since the docu-sign would not print. I have considered blocking their ability to access my account. This is the worst company I have ever seen and definitely sharks. I feel that I am part of a predatory loan and will be seeking legal representation.
