Do YOURSELF a favor - DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!I pay for the HeatSpan service plan. The skinny serviceman comes to check my boiler. The boiler had a hesitation to start. The service man was there for over and hour checking wires with his volt meter. He couldn't remedy the problem. He recommends that we get his Heatspan Electrician to remedy the problem. Don't worry our electrician will be there in an hour. ( 90 mins elapsed ) a stocky serviceman comes in... Oh, "ALL these wires are disconnected?" I said your colleagues was just here tinkering with the wires. He calls the other guy, "what's going on with this job?" said the second serviceman to the first serviceman. "Oh it was like that already?" stated the first serviceman.I SAID" I didn't leave those wires like that!!" Well, " All I know that in 45 years I haven't seen this conditioning of a boiler ..." , "now we have to get another engineer in here to just to look like what happened" He has to behave for 4 hours... to the tune of $2250. That doesn't cover any parts , that is just him making a house visit, without any promises"****"NOW NO ONE WANTS TO TIUCH THE WORK BECAUSE THESE WIRES ARE LEFT DISCONNECTED!!"***Do yourself a favor!!! Don't patronize this company!! A few years ago 2021 they got me for a hot water heater. Same Guy!!! I had rust water In my water heater. a simple fix would be to change the "anode" to clean Or reduce rust!! They charge me $3000 CASH in the dead of winter to fix the water heater. When a second serviceman said that water heater only cost $900 bucks!!! Buyer Beware!!! I wouldn't buy anything else from them !! I am reporting this because of my bad experiences and dont want any one else to feel the excruciating pains of the feelings of "being had", or the lack of trust from a questionable company. JUST DON'T BE BOTHERED WITH THIS AT ALL!!!
