      I ordered a product from belle bar organic in January and have yet to receive my product. Ie sent numerous emails and have not heard back from them

      Belle bar organic not matter how much I reached out to them has not provided any type of feedback, I ordered the ******************************************* Rich ********* Moisturizing Butter spending $40.17 on January 27th 2022, order number ***** and there were no shipping tracking numbers and I could not find one if I went back to the website either! This was my favorite hair company, id like an apology and my product to be in my hands.

      The product this company is selling is not as advertised. I ordered a 4 oz jar and it is not 4 oz. I have tried contacting them several times and receive no response. I went to request a refund and there was no way to even request a refund. The product is $27-30 per 4 oz. Expensive and to just give no response. Horrible

      I purchased a hair kit that included two hair creams and one hair oil on 1/15/2022. On their website at the time of the order it was advertised as a bundle and was available. I purchased the item assuming that I would get all the items that I paid for. So I purchased the bundle for the listed prices of $73.29 USD. I received the two hair creams but not the hair oil. I sent a total of four emails requesting the missing item that I paid for or my money back for the cost of the item that was part of the bundle. I have not heard a response from the company for any of the emails I sent them. There is no way to contact this company but through email.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Belle Bar regarding complaint ID ********. I have exhausted all resources trying to locate the business with no success.  I don't know what other avenues to take.  I just want my money back at this point.

      I ordered products from Belle Bar Organics website on August 26, 2021. I purchased Route Protection additionally to be able to track my packages, even though it seemed strange that I should pay for the ability to trackMy items have not even been shipped out. Its been six weeks. Ive contacted the company, and no one has reached out to me. Ive contacted the ************************ and no one has reached out to me. I used AfterPay to pay for the order, which makes me wonder about filing a fraud claim with my bank, since Belle Bar wasnt paid directly.At this point, I dont want the items. People have left reviews saying that it took half a year to get their items and, by that time, it was half empty or melted or what-have-you. I want a full refund.

      Better Business Bureau:

      At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Belle Bar has been resolved. They sent me the items after I notified them I had filed a BBB complaint and had contacted my states AG office. I actually asked for a full refund instead, because I no longer had trust in the company to put the products in my hair, but they never responded to that request  instead, my original order was priority mailed out to me. I noticed that other customers have the same experience as me and are also complaining about not receiving their items nor getting any response from customer service. This company deserves a poor rating from BBB.
