I bought a refrigerator from Rafy's Home Appliances Corp on October 16th 2021. When Rafy got to my apartment with the refrigerator, he did not measure anything and immediately began to bring the fridge into my home. As soon as they got the fridge to my stairs, it did not fit. The refrigerator was stuck and Rafy began to bang on it with a hammer to make it slide through the walls. Rafy completely destroyed my landlords property in doing this. There is construction fixtures that need to be covered and Rafy is no longer answering my calls. Along with the damage caused to my landlords property, Rafy managed to forced the refrigerator through the area it was stuck in and place it in my apartment. I told Rafy I didnt want the fridge in the condition it was left in. It was extremely scratched and severely dented. He pleaded that he would come and paint it, fix it and make it look better the following Saturday. The refrigerator completely stopped working on 10/28/21. I called Rafys business multiple times to schedule an appointment and get it fixed. I told them I had to throw out over $150 in groceries and they claimed he was just too busy. On Saturday 11/7/21 they scheduled me for the 3rd appointment, and it was another no call no show. I called them very upset stating I was loosing days of work and couldnt believe their unprofessionalism. My phone call offended Rafy and he had a man come to my home unannounced and refund me a part of the money I paid for the refrigerator. It was not a total refund. This man came to my home with No prior phone call, no receipt, nothing. Rafy left me with the refrigerator in terrible conditions, it doesnt work at all and finally the damages caused to my landlords property. Rafy is now ignoring me. If I call the business, they immediately hang up on me. I need them to take this refrigerator they forced in my apartment out, because I shouldnt be responsible for paying someone else to do it.Customer response
