This repair company contracts with the building management company but fails to provide services as contracted. The company was hired to repair the dishwasher located at the tenant's address. The company first visited the tenant on 11/11/22 and the repairman said they would have to order parts for the repair. There was no contact from the company for over a month until the tenant reach out and scheduled an appointment for Thursday 12/15. The tenant was told the company had the necessary parts to make the repair. The company was a no-show on 12/15 and provided no notice. The tenant called again on Friday 12/16 and was told the repairman could not make it the day before because of the weather was assured the repairman would arrive by EOD that day. Again, the repairman was a no-show. The tenant called again on Monday 12/19 and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 12/20. Morning of Tuesday 12/20, the company calls to cancel claiming the part had not arrived yet. The company told the tenant they will have the part by EOD and can come the next day. On Wednesday 12/21, the tenant calls to confirm with the company 3 times the repairman is coming and they confirm. The repairman is once again a no-show, misleading the tenant for the 4th time.The main contact person at the company is a manager named Gabby--unsure of spelling.Initial Complaint

The business owner and I had a disagreement after I provided my services for him. After a disagreement I decided to end the business relationship After I effectively provided 28 hours of my service to this person, days later decided to cancel the last check and essentially steal the money; my resolution is having those 28 hours paid backCustomer response
