I moved a little under a year ago - I used a moving company that came to my apartment, assessed all of my belongings and gave me a detailed quote of how much the move would cost. Come moving day - things went smoothly, the time it took was pretty close to their estimate, but when it came time to pay they charged me $1,000 more than the estimate - quote was $2,700 they charged me $3,800 (40% increase). I tried reconciling with the company what the difference was, they could not give me a full accounting. I have email proof (attached) that they admitted to $600 of the overcharge being an error. I have since called and emailed the company about 10 times - they refuse to respond to me or return the amount that was overcharged. Most recently I emailed them a few weeks ago - still no response. Not sure what to do at this point.Business response

A Refund in the amount of $438 was approved on this file. Unfotunatly it got lost all the way. It was processed today and I have attaced receipt.
