              My experience with *** has been horrid!! I bought very expensive N95 masks from this company and a number of the masks were defective and useless. I contacted the company and they refused to be helpful and basically told me that I was out of luck. In addition, they had the temerity to try and blame ME for their defective product. Stay away as they do not care at all about their customers!!!

              ***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY***We ordered some at home Covid tests from them on September 17, 2021. We got a notice that the shipment was delayed but would be received by October 10, 2021. On December 2, 2021 we attempted to get a refund for the product as it was never received. A customer service representative responded via email stating that their no refund policy applied to this charge. On December 21, 2021 we received a notification that the product was shipping and would arrive by December 27, 2021. The package was never received. I went to check the tracking information. This package (which was to include 4 Covid tests was registered as weighing 3 pounds) was delivered to *********, ** on January 6, 2021. Our shipping address is **************. This package was signed for my a random person. Not sure what kind of scheme this is but it's definitely something that everyone should avoid at all costs. This company is a complete disgrace and should be penalized to the fullest extent of the law.

              Very bad customer service. I called the first time regarding the shipping and delivery time, someone told me it will be delivered on 10/20. It's been 2 weeks after 10/20, I haven't received my order so I called again and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me no one would tell me it will be delivered on the 10/20 and I must be misunderstood what the person said.
