Big G Roofing was the installer used to complete the roof on my new build home. Since the build I have had one section of my roof continually fail in any type of wind where shingles are blowing off exposing the roof to issues from the elements. BIG G roofing has come out a couple times and replaced the shingles as all these issues are under warranty. Roughly 4-5 months ago I had more shingles fly off the roof again. I have been placing calls to BIG G to come and warranty the work and inspect that portion of the roof as I have had 3 issues in the same spot since install. For the first 3 months I left messages with the receptionist and never received return phone calls. Finally, I voiced my concern to the receptionist and an employee finally called me back. They advised that they were speaking to their rep that made the shingles and promised me that I would receive return phone calls with updates and a visual inspection done with the rep to try and repair the problem once and for all. That was over a month ago. I have followed up multiple times since, as I have not received any follow up calls and the physical roof inspection I was promised was never done. I called back two weeks ago and was relayed a message they have not heard back from their rep that was contacted almost two months ago. BIG G has not done anything to repair my roof under warranty as they are required to do. I have been ignored for months and would just like them to warranty the product they put on my brand new home.Business response

We have been in contact with the homeowner at ** **** ***** We are dealing with a warranty department regarding shingle issues. The warranty company sent confirmation to the homeowner on 7/13/23 @ 2:13pm. The homeowner wrote a letter to the BBB that no one was responding, information was being sent. Apparently, information was being sent to an incomplete email. The email has been fixed and homeowner will be sent a new confirmation of warranty. Unfortunately, our hand are tied until the warranty company approves or denies the claim. We are in contact with both the homeowner and the warranty company. Thank You
