I am extremely pleased and impressed with the products, staff and customer service of Access Unlimited. The vehicle multi-lift is a very high quality and effective product. This equipment is very easy to use and has afforded us the ability to be mobile with our disabled family member who is not weight bearing & wheelchair bound. The multi-lift has eliminated the need for the physical, back breaking job of transferring the person from wheelchair to vehicle using a gait belt. The product is literally a back saver! The solid and durable design of the equipment assures the user that the product is safe to use and the person being transferred is secure. This gives us confidence in using this equipment which provides peace of mind and the ability to transport with ease. The staff and customer service met our needs above and beyond expectation. All companies should incorporate and follow their conscientious work ethic, diligence and thoroughness. They have definitely figured out how to be a successful company. Every person we came into contact with, from sales to purchasing to training was very personable, considerate and professional. It is very refreshing to have such a pleasant and foolproof experience. Review of out multi lift **** and ******* *****. First off I would like to speak of the customer service from Access Unlimited. The service provided is unparalleled in today’s world. We first purchased our multi lift in 2020 and covid was raging. Living in Canada and the boarder was close d we reached out to the team at Access Unlimited and were treated like royalty. Everyone we spoke to was well informed and very professional. I had some concerns as to how my installation would be handled with shipping issues and what not in such uncertain times. Rest assured that regardless of the hurdles that were involved with the distance to our home and being in a different country everything was handled in a very timely manner. Once the details were worked out our multi lift was delivered speedily. Full instructions were given and we were able to begin using our multi lift immediately. After a few weeks I decided that we might be better suited for the rear sliding door option for our minivan. That option was shipped to our home within two days and Access Umlimited even reached out to our local shop either instructions on the installation directly with the technician who was to do the installation. Once again I was astonished by the level of customer service that I was receiving. Never in my 60 years on this planet had I ever been taken care of by any company at this level. They were with us every single step of the way. Nothing was going to stop them from seeing to my every single need. Complete satisfaction is guaranteed from the start. Here we are 4 years later with our multi lift still functioning perfectly and we use it every single day and guess what? I received a phone call today from you guessed it Access Unlimited just reaching out making sure we were doing well. Wife was crippled by stroke, after sixteen months my hip gave out so I could no longer lift her into our *** *****! Looked at internet for several hours and noticed what looked promising however, it was late at night so called to leave my name and phone # a live body answered my call and soon we were discussing how soon we could have it shipped to Lockport mb ca! Because they had the adapter for our vehicle it arrived within the week. The setup was simple and it worked as advertised. It is very pricey in Cdn dollars but well made and my wife and I who are in our late 80's would not be able to enjoy our lives together as we are. Thank you.! P.S staff is outstanding, eager to help. *** *** ******

I found Access Unlimited on *** **** when needing a chair lift for my daughter's car. When I called them I wound up speaking with Tom about my needs and the type of car it would be fitted on. Local vendors of lifts told me it couldn't be done on the auto we had. Tom not only told me they could fit a lift into the car, but referred me to a video where they had actually accomplished this on the exact vehicle with their Multi Lift system. Access Unlimited truly cares about the needs of individuals suffering from different mobility issues. The entire organization takes your problem and makes it their own. They fabricated the needed parts for the car, plus the lifting device, contracted with a local auto shop to handle the install, and monitored the install with the shop, at no additional cost to us, and then had a complete product review with us via video stream with Frank to assure everything was set up and functioning as designed. Further they reviewed with us and watched as we ran the lift through its paces to assure we knew how to operate it safely. It is hard to find companies today who own your problem, but this organization "gets it". They frequently send emails asking how everything is working, and follow up with phone calls from time to time. I found local suppliers who recommended external lift platforms that expose everything to the ravages of the weather. Plus the local suppliers weren't interested in getting involved in the installation. If you are frustrated by local dealers, I recommend you turn your needs over to Access Unlimited and you will experience what a true, full service mobility provider can do for you, nationwide.Access Unlimited Response

From the first correspondence with Tom through out the entire process the team at Access Unlimited, My wife and I felt like they understood the issues of mobility hampering everyday life. The professionalism and empathy that was shown through out the order process trainings was Top notch. I had had a conversation with Tom in the Start of our journey and was told that there was a very particular set of skills and standards everyone was expected to adhere to. That is very apparent in everyone and process we dealt with. If all company's ran on the principals that Access Unlimited does there would be not company that would fail. They set the bar pretty high. Every employee seemed very content and happy to help. It was a great comfort with what had happen to my wife to have the help to get her mobile again and have some more freedom to enjoy life a little more. If you have a mobility issue they can help their engineers are always up to a good challenge. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts you guys are a true blessing.Access Unlimited Response

My wife has had several strokes and heart problems and very little strength in her legs making transfer into the car very difficult.. Discussion with staff at Access Unlimited provided a solution. A Multi-Lift was ordered. When it was received, I used a neighbor to go through the training, as my wife had just returned from hospital and was quite weak. The trainer worked closely with us, helping to familiarize me with operation. A week later I used the Multi-Lift to take my wife to a Dr. appointment. We successfully transferred her to the car the first time with no problems. She had no difficulty or even apprehension with the transfers. It was gentle for both of us with no pain or strain. The Multi-Lift and Speedy Bar have made transfers safe and trips outside of the home enjoyable and pleasant, instead of stressful. Taking the stress out of everyday transfers, doctors appointments, and just plain old joyrides is what we are all about. And you are right, training is the key to a successful purchase of any of our products. As you probably already know, have two highly-skilled team members in the training department or very caring and diligent in following up with each and every client to ensure that they got the outcome they came for when they purchased our product. Our systems are designed and manufactured in the US, which means that we have the capability of customizing each order to work perfectly for that client's needs. You made it easy for us by participating in the training, and even doing pretraining so that everything went smoothly when you picked your wife up from the rehab facility. We got a multi-lift about a year ago and it has been great! It is easy to operate and has increased transfer safety for everyone involved. Mary Ann at Access Unlimited worked with us to select the right mounting bracket for our van. Access Unlimited also helped us get state insurance approval, and get the mount professionally installed. As a mechanical engineer I find the design both practical and versatile. We like having the option to someday add a mount in our home. It's great to have the ability to place the sling while the person is already seated. The equipment is well made.Access Unlimited Response

It is with great pride and thanks to the team at Multi-lift. Without their work quality, attention to service calls, and understanding on what people with disabilities go through, my wife and I would not be able to enjoy the outdoors like we did before her accident. I just ordered our multi lift for my Toyota pickup yesterday. My back was to the point of giving out while getting my wife in and out of my pickup. After researching somewhat on ****** I filled out the information request page and received an email and txt almost immediately from Tom. While discussing their product and explaining that Medicare doesn’t pay for mobility lifts I received emails from Tom with video links of how it would work on my particular vehicle. I told him I would think about it for a few days and call back. Once I hung up I realized no one else would be able to help my wife (and my back) as well Access Unlimited. I called back within about 10 minutes and was put in contact with Staci since Tom was apparently with another customer. The customer service of this company is beyond reproach. Absolutely cannot wait for my lift.
