      I financed a 2011 ***** ***** from Castilone Dealership on September 26, 2022. On September 27, 2022, the car was making a lot of rattling noises, the engine was jumping and shaking, the car was pulling and the lights came on the dashboard. I called and advised the sales representative of the issues and advised that I want to return the car and get my money back, he advised me that they could service the car and it was out of his hands for getting my money back, I asked to speak to his manager, I spoke with Joe, he stated maybe something was loose in the trunk and asked if I checked it, (which was done later and it had nothing to do with the trunk) and he also advised me that I could no longer get my money but they could come get the car and services it. I also spoke to Steven which was the owner's son, he was very nice and listened to my concerns and advised that it was a lot of errors when it came to this transaction and he would do what he could to help. Those arrangements were made, I didn't receive a call from the dealership until 3 weeks after they came to get the car, I was then advised the transmission was the issue according to them. It took a month to get the car back, once I got the car back, two days later the lights came back on on the dashboard and the car then shut off in my driveway, I called again and spoke to Greg which is a minority owner of the dealer, he was very rude and acted as if he was doing me a favor by fixing the car and that it would have problems because it is a 2011 and they did provide a loaner, which is not the issue, they did come get the car again and 3 weeks later I got it back and according to them it had to do with the exhaust, two days later the check engine light was back on, I called again for a solution and the owner was suppose to contact me and I still have not received a call and it has been 2 weeks.

      I had purchased a vehicle from them on 11/20/2021, I had a trade in of a 2020 **** ********, they were paying off the ****. On 11/24/2021 I had to go to the dealer cause they had not paid ** **** where the loan for the 2020**** is through so at that point I asked for a copy of the check and tracking number, as prior to that they kept blowing me off saying that they sent in when in fact they didn’t . So I kept an eye on the tracking of the check calling ** **** to check status to see if the check was received and they finally got the check but the manger at ** **** states that they can’t cash it as they are missing 3 documents from the dealership, odometer reading, payoff quote from us bank, and some form saying that it wasn’t in any accidents. So when is bank informed me of this on Friday when I called them, I got off with them and called Castilone and advised them that ** **** states that they have the check but can’t cash it due to missing the 3 documents mentioned above and Corey advised me that he was going to fax them right over. So I kept an eye and now as of Tuesday 12/7/2021 I called ** **** at 12:22 and spoke to Ashley that states that the 3 documents aren’t showing that they have been received, so I them called Castilone back at 12:28 and spoke to Corey who assured me that he was calling as soon as we hung up and finding out what was going on and I asked him to give me a quick call or text as to the status and agin he assured me that he would as and Steve jr who also works at Castilone everyone I called these individuals say that they would call me back and never heard a word. So at 530 on 12/7 I called ** **** back as I never heard from anyone at Castilone and Emily said there are no notes that anyone from Castilone called and no documents received.so after I got off the line with Emily from ** **** I tried calling the dealership and it has a recording saying that they are closed and I also tried reaching out to the sales person Tyler with no response

      This response is regarding the active claim against Castilone CDJR for the referenced ID stated above. Attached you will find a screen shot of the email correspondents from The ** **** representative, stating the dates of which they received the payoff check and requested documents listed in the complaint filed against us. The complaint stated that we did not send out the documents, however, based on the ** **** response you will see that we fulfilled our obligation to the customer as well as the financial institution.I hope this may clear up the matter and rectify the claim so that this can be handled properly moving forward, as well as Castilone CDJR not be deemed liable for the statements against us.
