Minimal to no communication between office and drivers causing lots of confusion upset children and parents. Does not provide drivers or Aids with proper safety equipment example Emergency door release handles missing. Have dropped children off at wrong location. Drop off times are sometimes two hours past originally stated time.

This name is unfamiliar to myself and my staff I believe he has our company mixed up with one of the other companies in the district. Drivers are equipped with sanitizing agent to sanitize the seats after each trip Face masks are available for any student boarding the bus without one and surgical gloves are availabe for drivers and attendants if needed.

No there is absolutely no mix up. your company has very poor communication and quality buses and thag results in a lot of safety issues for the children. numerous parents in the Batavia City area have complaints about your company and have voice them profusely to the schools because you put their children at risk. there was a time where a driver had to ask for pliers the emergency door release handle was not present and could not be turnes to re-engaged the door mechanism after a student exited the bus and accidentally pulled the cable on for the emergency opening of the door on their way out I went inside and grabbed pliers for that attendant.. Seeing as you decided to bring up safety equipment in regards to masks and gloves and disinfecting. The driver the run my child was on who was the male at the time was not wearing gloves and would repeatedly take his mask down once the children were off of the stairway. I observed what appeared to be high school students without masks. Either way the sanitation and covid protocols were not the primary reason of this review it was the utter disregard for the safety equipment on your buses and huge lapses in communication causing safety issues for the children
