I live in ********* ********** in Seminole, Florida. I moved in on September 16, 2020. Upon moving in, I was made aware by the office manager, Blanca, that some of the vinyl planking needed to be fixed and would be very soon. I kept in contact with management about the floors but they were never fixed. Approximately two months ago, a new office manager replaced Blanca. I spoke with the new manager, Stacey, twice in the last 3 weeks to see about getting my floors fixed and she said Matt, the new maintenance manager, would be out that week to look at the floors. It is now 3 weeks later and Matt hasn't showed up and I have called twice. I have tripped on the flooring that is coming up and it is becoming a safety hazard. Tonight, my air conditioning stopped working. I called the emergency maintenance line and Matt called back and informed me that it wasn't an emergency even though my apartment is 82 degrees and I have a baby. He also laughed when I was upset about nothing getting fixed.Business response

This letter is in response to complaint# ******** concerning repairs to ****** ****'s apartment. In response to the flooring issue, there ore some vinyl planks that are coming up in the hallway of her apartment. We have been researching to find out what is causing the vinyl plank flooring to lift. The flooring vendor was out on Monday, June 7, 2021 to inspect the flooring. We are now waiting on our vendor to determine the cause and recommend what products should be used to repair the floor so it will not happen again. Once the flooring vendor has provided the recommendation we will have the flooring repaired. We will be happy to update our response upon request. In response to the air conditioner, the call came in on evening of June 21 2021. It was 79 degrees outside and after trouble shooting with Ms. **** on the phone she was told someone would be out in the morning to take care of the issue and recommended she open her windows and turn on her ceiling fans. We responded on the morning of June 3rd and unclogged the drain line and it was back up and running.
