      not sure why this company came up on my credit report as checking my credit. I don’t owe anyone and I have nothing to do with them.

      Baptist hospital bills an old insurance and then sends me to collections at one advantage! I email the hospital sending all the correct insurance which the emergency doctors use the correct one but the hospital ER used an old one! Now they are trying to tell me im liable when in fact they billed to an incorrect insurance. Now the hospital sent one advantage all the info to ***** to take off the lein and show it all taken care of. Its not my fault they billed the incorrect insurance while the er doctor billed the correct one! The lein needs to be taken off and show a paid in full the account!

      Spoke to one person that said they acquired my debt 2 days ago (would have been 4/17) instructed them I'm filing bankruptcy and gave them my lawyers information. Received a call today that they just acquired the debt today and had never ever called me. Then tried arguing with me that they never called me, still have the phone logs, same phone number etc. Gave them my lawyers information again and that this time they'll definitely never contact me again. I don't believe that for a moment though.

      Company sends out letters stating that I owe them money. Each letter has a different reference number. I have never done business with this company and the letters state that the money owed is for a casino that I know nothing about. I do not gamble at all but I am a victim of identity theft and let the company know this to no avail. I want them to stop contacting me about this.

      Well I apparently have a debt from you yet I have never received ANY mail from you. I went to your website where it requires you to enter an account number, well, I obviously have NO idea what that is since you never mailed me anything. I obtained your contact info from my credit report, got your email from your website, sent you an email explaining this, and never received a response which doesn't come as a surprise given your past reviews. For a company who's one job is to collect money you sure are terrible at it... Joke's on you however because starting soon ************ 3 and 4 will be removing ALL medical debt from consumer credit reports so by the end of this month I guess it will be a non-issue for me. Too bad for you though, learn how to run your business and communicate with your customers. Since you decided to ignore me and so many others, good luck collecting from anyone else after this month ends lol. You certainly won't be getting anything from me now. Your fault not mine, I tried, you failed!

If Mr. ****** could provide Firstsource Advantage, LLC with the phone number we are calling, we can block this number from being dialed by our office.       I have been receiving calls on my cell phone Very often. I have not responded to any of them. Today is the first time the caller left a phonemail, The voice, I believe, is female and the accent seems to be from Asia (eg.india). i've been seeing posts that this is a scam. They elude to being a collection agency. ALL of our accounts are up to date and NOT in arrears. My wife has been managing our household and personal finances for 52 years. We have NEVER filed for bankrupcy. Should I continue to ignore these contact attempts? I have already blocked the missed message # on my cellphone. Thank you, Ms. ***** **** ********* & Ms. ****** ********* ******, **. PS: I find it strange that only my phone gets these contact attempts and not my wife. Our cell #s are only 1 number apart,

      I called One Advantage today to make a payment on a hospital bill that I was already making payments on before it was passed to this debt collector. I explained to the agent that I received a notice and wanted to pay $100 on the bill. She gave me several "options" for payment that I could not afford. When I repeated to her the third time of the amount I could pay today, she said she'd have to get permission from her supervisor. When she returned, she said it was approved. I told her I'd like to pay online, but the website kept responding with a message that something went wrong with the payment Then she told me the $100 payment is not enough for the web page to accept my payment. I complained that this was ridiculous and a scam. She wanted to know why it was a scam. I told her I received a notice with a web address to make a payment. I tried for two days to make the payment only to get an error message with no explanation that their page is set up to only accept larger payments. It doesn't make sense to give customers an option to pay online but have it rigged to not accept certain payments where customers have to call and listen to their menu of unafforable options. I became frustrated with this agent being pushy about making a larger payment. I asked her if she wanted the $100 payment or not. She threatened to end the call, and I ended it for her. Why can't I have the option to pay this bill monthly via the website on the statement? I pay my bills every month on time and would do the same for this, but please stop treating people like you know their situations better than they do, and stop setting up dysfunctional payment web pages that waste time and energy.

      I entered into a written settlement with them to make payments of $150. I have never been late on the payments since i set up autopay the very first time I spoke with them. All of sudden after three months of payments they don't attempt to get the payment for August. I called to see why there was a delay and I'm told and I quote "mam you have a $0 balance with us, this account has been returned to ********* bank." I was confused but I said ok. I then hung up and called ********* who tells me that the agreement was broken due to non-payment. He then says he doesn't really understand what happened and then he hangs up on me???. Now I'm mad. I call firstsource back and am immediately told that they can't give me any info because the account is no longer with them. I asked for a manager who also seems just as clueless and speaks fast enough so that I can't get a word in edgewise and says he'll look into it. I asked for a reference number to which he says he can't give me one since i no longer exist in their system, how convenient. They never even attempted to get the payment for August, my bank gives me an alert for every single transaction. There is nothing from this company for the month of August. Now I'm paranoid because everyone i spoke too seems confused. I don't really know who I've been paying for the last three months and I gave these people my bank info. I keep checking my credit report to see if my balance reflects the payments i made. So far it does not. Im considering opening a dispute with my bank. If this company is legit then I'm disappointed in the customer service and in the handling of this situation.

      We are in receipt of Ms. *****’s review and appreciate her providing this feedback. On May 19, 2021, Ms. ***** scheduled recurring payments for the fifteenth of each month to settle her account. On August 16, 2021, this account was closed from our office by ********* **** and Firstsource Advantage, LLC was unable to process any further payments. On August 18, 2021, our representative advised Ms. ***** that this account had a zero balance and was sent back to ********* ****. The representative has been counseled and written disciplinary action will be kept on file as the balance was not zero at the time the account was closed from our office. We do reflect that our supervisor first advised Ms. ***** that we are unable to provide a reference number as this account was recalled, however, the supervisor did provide the reference number to Ms. *****. Firstsource Advantage, LLC does not reflect our supervisor speaking too fast and Ms. ***** was able to speak through the conversation. Please note that Firstsource Advantage, LLC does not credit report. Upon receipt of this review, we notified ********* **** accordingly and if Ms. ***** has further concerns regarding this account, she can contact them directly at ***************
