      No one should be using this school, they were fraudulent. I paid half of a platinum package never got a lesson, never got my money back. They have been stripped of their instructors licensed and should not be operating any driving school. Report them to the DMV.

      He is a scammer he’s fraudulent plz don’t pay him he has low prices but just gets customers trapped he took 2/3 months to do 6 classes missed 4 he never showed and never notified me did not reimburse my money for missed classes he does not answer your phone calls or texts even emails very rude disrespectful he’s disgusting he took my money I’m
      Struggling single parent he has no idea how I arranged that money he didn’t take me to my scheduled road test missed many of my classes did not respond in any way his responses back to to complaints is ridiculous. If I had money I would take you to court man you should not be running this business end it stop scamming people

      I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your hard earned money. They took my sons money for a platinum package, and after the first lesson, we chased them down leaving message after message until they finally call back and schedule one lesson, and then we repeat the process. They have switched the scheduled day of his 5 hour course a few times, and then contacted him to try and take it on Zoom call while he was at work, on a day they had not discussed at all. The last driving lesson was cut short by the driving instructor, and we have been ghosted since. My son calls at least once a day, most days more than that, and we get nothing back. I have seen from other negative comments that the company will rebut what happened with some lame excuse, but facts are facts and they are not a good company to deal with. They can solve the problem by refunding my son the money for his remaining lessons he is owed, but we can't even get ahold of them in order to make our case for that.

      My daughter took their 5 lesson package. It included her five hour class and her road test. We were able to book her lessons online. They came to the house to pick her up and dropped her off after. She passed her road exam on the first try, yay! Highly recommend!!!

      Most horrific experience ever! DO NOT USE!
      You schedule lessons, they send you confirmation, and then never show up. There’s no one working there so you call and call. No one answers. You leave voicemails that don’t get returned and send text messages that never get a response. In fact they still never responded. They actually sent a text to me by accident that I responded to saying they are clearly returning messages, but not mine. To which I received the most unprofessional and disrespectful response from someone named Rachelle, assistant to the CEO. She proceeded to call me incompetent and I didn’t know how to schedule the lessons and call g me a liar! For context, their online scheduling system clearly doesn’t work. I had “apparently” scheduled 1 lesson on line “in the wrong region” but no one notified me of it. The system scheduled it even though they require an address you’re getting picked up at they send you a confirmation email the day before the lesson and the day of and then they just don’t show up and they tell you it’s your fault. after that incident, I called and spoke directly to Jaimz. I spent over a half an hour on the phone with him while he went in and personally rescheduled all of our remaining lessons in the system so we didn’t have to worry about them being out of region. I did not schedule any of them. I did not go in the system and schedule these lessons Jaimz did. Yet they are still wrong and still no one shows up and still no one calls to tell you that they’re wrong they just let you stand out there waiting for your lesson and nobody shows up. And then you get the disgusting response that you can see in the photos. No accountability zero professionalism from this “Rachelle”.
      I will say Jaimz was a pleasure to speak with and was very helpful when we rescheduled the lessons. I would have been willing to work with him had I been given any courtesy of a response.

      This complaint is from a disgruntled parent. The package purchased was fully received by the student. Student’s mother demanded immediate lessons via she did not like the availability options on the self-service scheduling options. Furthermore, before scheduling lessons online the service region must be selected. The student’s mother continued to select in incorrect region to obtain earlier availability options resulting in rescheduled lessons. This was explained to her multiple times via text, email, and by phone calls. The student received all services purchased. The mother stated she wanted to take the student to the road test site to meet the instructor. While the student was taking the road exam, the mother was on the phone contacting Office representatives demanding a full refund stating she had taken her son to the road test site therefore she had not rendered her services purchased. She was informed at that time she was not entitled to a refund as the student had received all services rendered, and she had voluntarily met the instructor for the exam. The student is entitled no refund!!!!

      Wish I could give this zero starts!!!!!!!!!!!!
      I signed up, never got to start a lesson because they keep rescheduling or cancelling days before.
      Requested a refund the first week of September and was told it would be 15 to 30 business days, I would receive a check in the mail. Worst of all I tried to contact the account dept on multiple occasions, left voicemails and no response till date. We are now in November and nothing.

      Worst Experience Ive Ever Imagined with dealing with this Driving Company. Long Story short, We Paid $100 for 45 minute lessons before My Daughters Scheduled Road test and they Never Showed. Its Impossible to get a hold of these people, Dont waste your money, time or breath with these people. Now Were out our money and trying to get a Refund ive heard from other reviews is a long and tiring process. Not to mention their Address is located in the *******'S PARKING LOT in EastGreenbush. Jaimz E****** Jr, the Owner is Incredibly Rude, Unprofessional. Yelling obscene language at me because i asked for a refund. They Need to be shut down, shouldn't ever be in business period.

      Our website clearly indicates our physical and mailing addresses in the about section. We are not at fault for individuals not READING the CLEARLY POSTED INFORMATION The “******* parking lot” is the mailing address. Again, that’s stated on the website. On 07/24/23: Student had road test scheduled at 4 PM in Troy. Instructor’s prior lesson ran late via DMV delays. Molly spoke to the mother (******) on 7/24 about rescheduling the road test. On 07/25/23: Jaimz spoke with the mother (******) about rescheduling the road test and providing a free lesson as compensation for the missed road exam. The mother (******) accepted the offer. On 07/25/23: Jaimz spoke to student’s mother (******) at approximately 9-9:30 AM, about rescheduling the missed road exam as well as providing a free lesson for compensation. The mother accepted the offer. At approximately 1:-1:30 PM, Molly received a call from Rensselaer Sheriff (Deputy ******), stating the police had been contacting because ****** needed her road exam scheduled and she had not received a call back by 11 AM from Jaimz. The deputy said he believed it to be a communication problem between the mom and daughter. The officer believed that the daughter was lying to her mother.

      Everything was going well. Then he missed a couple of lessons no call/no show
      Reached out & Rachel became rude.. I asked for a refund in January.. Never received. I will be taking them to small claims court. I should have listened to the reviews. They've done this to others as well.

      Student received a total of 9 driving lessons for a purchased Gold package. The gold package only contains five 60-minute lessons.

      My son took the 5hr course. We never received the certificate. Left multiple messages, received a response from someone who assured me I would have it in time for his road test. This went on for 2-3 weeks. The day of the road test I still hadn’t received the certificate. Jaimz sent me the rudest text messages blaming me and not taking any responsibility. I have text messages from the employee stating they would send a new one. They never did. I was told they would meet me to deliver it. They never did. They were supposed to drop it at my house the night before his test. They never did. I couldn’t count on having the certificate in time for his test, which forced me to reschedule. Jaimz was extremely unprofessional via text, which I have. Do not use this business!
