I have participated in the Home Money Global System in the hopes of receiving help with some financial situations that I was facing. I have read the contract in full and understood all of the rules and requirements. In waiting for what felt like "a Lottery" for my name to be picked, I lost everything that I was trying to save. While waiting I was still paying into the program because paying every month is one of the clauses. I did not have the money to spend, but everytime I let them know that I was thinking of stopping because I needed to save my money, they would email me back and say that I am on the "Priority List" and that I should keep participating. After I lost everything, including my home, I email them as I was directed to let them know that I could not be in the what seem was a "Human Lottery" they kept telling me that they would send my money back as promised , but I had to wait until they received money from other participants and would pay me my money back that I was sending and was not moving me any closer to help. I am not one to keep trouble going , and I do not like conflict. But I have kept each and every communication between Home Money Global System and myself. Also I have proof of the money coming out of my bank account. I am just so sorry for those who go through hard times in life and are barely finding a way to keep holding on. You find a program like this after crying and praying and you really feel like it is an answer, a chance to feel like life is worth going forward, then you find out that the program is just a way to take the rest of what you were even able to hold on to. I am just so sorry that I fell for this , that I let myself have hope that I could have a fresh start , and follow through on my goals. Instead I lost what I had and more . I am following up on a complaint I have already sent in. I have not received a refund of the money paid to this company. I have contacted and waited more than one year. I have asked, begged, and pleaded for the simple courtesy just to refund my money as it is stated in their clause , but nothing. I need to warn others about this, especially if they are at the point of losing what they are seeking help for. This is horrible to do to people.

That would have been somewhat understandable if this matter was recent. I have been asking, begging, and waiting patiently to no avail for longer than a year if not longer. I have ever correspondence between the business and myself. I have also fulfilled every requirement of the rules that they keep bringing up.I am NOT ALONE and I see others with the same issues. The BBB is where WE ALL have to go because of being tired of being bullied. So if anyone is hurting the " program" it is not us or the BBB. We go to the BBB because it helps others that may be ready to give up, and turn to this program believing that it is their last hope, only to Take the last of what they have left. Asking for what WE put in with the understanding ( according to your clause that you continuously point out p)that you "Will refund" is not wrong. We kept our word until we saw that it was not what we thought, now keep Yours.

In June of 2023 I contacted HMGS about a loan. I subsequently paid an application fee. In July, 2023 I made a payment as required to receive the loan. When I did not receive the loan I discontinued their program and asked for a refund on 8/1/2023. I was informed that they had to wait for the fund to "close" before I received my refund. I reached out again 3/24/24 and was again given the run-around. I have yet to receive my money back from this business.Initial Complaint

I signed up for HMGS in 2022 hoping that the money I would receive from this program would offer me to pay off the debts I have. I initially requested a $60,000 loan which involved me paying $626.00 a month then due to other financial obligations, I had to reduce my loan to $20,000 in which I was paying around $200 a month and eventually had to stop giving them my money due to personal financial obligations. Every time I emailed them for a refund, they encouraged me to stay in the program and stated that I was in priority and after two years, I have received NOTHING from Home Money Global System. I am requesting a refund ASAP without no runaround or excuses and also my banking information has changed within the last two years. The Administrator shall have the right to close the monetary fund based on the relevant order, after all the Participants of the Program fulfil their payment obligations. We cannot withdraw money from the fund and return it to you now, since all participants see the amount of the fund and, according to the terms of the Agreement, the administrator has no right to reduce it until the fund is closed. In January 2024, I activated an agreement in the home money global system program. The monetary fund allocation event took place on february 1st, but I did not receive the money. I was informed that I still had to wait and that my participation would be carried over to the next monetary fund allocation event scheduled for march 1st. I was upset and demanded a refund. They returned $500 that I had sent them to activate the agreement and said I could reinstate my agreement at any time. Over the next three months, I tried unsuccessfully to obtain a loan. I still cannot resolve my financial problems and want to return to this program. However, when I reapplied, I was denied. I am asking once again for the opportunity to participate in the program, as I relied on them and believed I could reinstate my agreement at any time.Business Response

I applied for a no doc home loan with Home Money GLOBAL System. The loan had a 2,% interest rate for 15 years.
I was a victim of identity theft and could not qualify for standard home loan. I was about to become homeless so when I got an email about this loan I jumped on it not really getting a full understanding and doing my due diligence. After paying $14157 and no loan in sight due to this company misleading you to believe the loan is coming. It dawned on me that if you have to pay monies to get the loan, it could be a red flag. I took my blinders off and when I requested to lower the amount I was told it was not allowed. You could only raise the amount you wish to borrow up to 1 million dollars. I canceled on 10 Oct 2023 and was told it took 60 days to get a refund. After 60 days on Dec 23 2023 they said they would refund all of my money in 60 days just be patient. How patient do I have to be. In other words. a scammer would allow you to raise amount to borrow because they know you will never receive a loan. Making a promise they can not and will not meet. Again. I am not sure what calender they are using. Count the days from 10 Oct 2023. Moreless. Count the days from 20 Dec 2023 when they made second promise.
Well it is 15 March 2024 and no refund. I believe this is no more than a ponzi scheme and the general public should be warned . I am going to write a letter to DOJ to try to get them to put out a warning. I am sure I am not the only person realizing this is a modern day scam. I expect to get my money back in a timely manner. They are emailing a bunch of lies to me.
If they were a legitimate company with business integrity I would have received my refund. This is a PONZI fraud. Company using the internet to solicit vulnerable people like me.

I entered the program in 2022 was paying them 104.00 monthly I decided to opp out and ask for my refund, now it is a problem, about rules I explained to them about my hardship they requested that I get back in and the person in charge of the allocation can close when they want, all talks are emails they requested my banking information going 2 months and have not received anything but there emails, I never received any thing from them to make them hold my refund, but a bunch of there rules ,they need further investigation with this program, they never give window time which I keep requesting, just want my refund I been with them over 12 months and the same thing next allocation enough is enough with these people want refund!!!!! I paid for this service claiming to be a loan company guaranteed to provide services. After trying to force me to keep paying for a service I have yet to recieve, I asked for return of my money. I received an email from this company claiming to give loans to people that normally cannot get them. They required a $100 fee to get started. I felt weird about it the moment I confirmed my payment. The deal with monetary dates and the possibility of not getting it doesn't sit well. Around this same time I had a fraud charge attempted on my debit card that my bank luckily caught. I asked them for a refund after checking into the company more and coming to the BBB website and seeing the complaints that were set against them. When I asked for a refund they told me no that I agreed to pay them that money for their services. Then after telling them I know they're a scam and want nothing to do with them they sent another email saying they can refund me if I give them all my banking information. I didn't give it to them to begin with to pay them. There's no reason to give it then for a refund. I'm not comfortable continuing communication with this company and would like help dealing with this. They haven't even done anything constituting a $100 fee and I would like to be refunded and my data erased from their systems .Business Response
