October 2020. I bought 2 pair glasses 1 sunglasses, 1 bifocals. The exam was ok. The in house sunglasses are the issue. The tint has fisheye on both lenses, a distortion. Unsatisfactory.! The manager told me to scratch the lenses to get the issue resolved. No.! Why should he get paid twice for a warranty job when he screwed it up the first time. I spent $1,200 at this business, every cent wasted. His actions prompted my interaction with the better Business bureau. I am disappointed and I feel taken advantage of and I want a full refund for the interaction at that location.Business response

I am sorry that you feel that you have been taken advantage of. That is a terrible feeling that I understand myself. I do believe that my staff miscommunicated to you. I promise to do whatever it takes to make you satisfied. I am on medical leave from the office currently but will personally handle this matter next week.
