I did not hire ArborPros to do any work in 2022. In October of 2020 they completed work for me and I paid them in full, so I assume that they were familiar with my property. Here is what I reported to the police immediately after the incident:file:///C:/Users/*****/Downloads/report-220100113-0.pdf Since then, I have heard various explanations for why ArborPros was cutting trees in my yard. I cannot verify any of them. My best guess is that my neighbor, ***********************, age 93, ordered a tree on his property cut and included three of my trees in his order. This may or may not be correct. He says his tree blew into the street. I did not see that, even though I live next door. The city has not confirmed that it got a report of a tree in the street at this address, but I was unable to reach one part of the city government, namely the city arborist emergency people called Urban Forestry at ************.In any case, I had no idea this company was cutting trees on my property. There was no notice of any kind, no call, no knock on the door to alert me to their presence. There are immediate additional problems resulting from the trees being cut. The remains of one of the trees is currently falling into the street. I will address that danger as soon as I can get people to do the work. I will need to find out who insures ArborPros for liability, and they are unwilling to tell me. I will consult legal help if this cannot be resolved peacefully.
