    Incredibly deceitful and thieving, did everything they could to make up lies and forge their own invoices for outrageous claims against me to take over four thousand in deposits and then have the gall to say I owe them money. Using pictures I took myself on move-in and move-out as well as looking into the ******************* was breaking while trying to steal from me I was able to flip it entirely to get all of my deposit back. Going from her claiming we owed nearly $5,500 in completely made up damages to paying us back every ***** shows how full of it she is. Making it impossible for owners to retain renters that cannot stand her.

Please see below.*************************** Review, ***************** 3 reviews 11 months ago ***** was the realtor for a man who had purchased the home I was renting three months before my lease had ended and in that short amount of time my roommates and I were berated with questions about getting out and threats of increasing rent and lies about the house being in poor condition claiming shed be keeping all deposits before we even planned on leaving. Ive never seen someone try to rob me so fast as this woman, with zero remorse and absolutely no reason behind it. I caught her in her lies by getting proof from my previous landlord and keeping her outrageous messages and when I informed her I would bring the matter to court she made a change in our deposit return in the amount of $7,500. She had attempted to steal all of a double deposit until I had proof she was lying and she suddenly had a change of heart flipping who owed who entirely. Trying to work with any of these people was disgusting. Ive only heard bad things about her practices and I will vouch to say dont trust her.3 Realty Boulevard's Response, Response from the owner 11 months ago Thank you for your review ****. I am sorry you feel the way that you do. I personally met with several of you and tried to make an easy as possible transition from the old owner to our owner, from old management to our management. I understand you didn't want to pay a rent increase, but that is my job and what my client wanted. He wanted the rents to be at market rates. There were also several discrepancies that I discussed with you with unauthorized pets and my client was still willing to work with that.Realty Boulevard's Response,In regards to move out charges, in a situation like yours it can be very difficult as new management to charge 100% correctly for move out repairs/damage when we are not provided any to very little information from the previous owners/management. We have the duty to our client to charge accordingly, but also to the tenants. This is why I continued to reach out to you to get any type of proof and documentation you had, because no one would give us anything other than saying the place was pretty much perfect and you guys were at fault for any of the damage.Thankfully you were able to provide us with some documentation which helped us adjust the repair costs to you. You were stuck in the middle (with us) on who was responsible for what. In a situation like this no one really wins and it is hard all the way around. I am sorry that you felt we were lying. I am legally bound to account for all owner/tenant funds and I cannot "steal" your deposit. I am required to provide proof to all parties and account for everything, which we did, you just didn't like the result. That does not warrant accusing me of "robbing you", "stealing" or "lying". I do not have remorse for doing my job, that is what people hire me for. Again, I am sorry you feel the way you do and for future make sure you fully document everything before and after you move in somewhere to cover you. There is no way for new owners and a new management company to know fully unless they are provided with clear documentation. Most owners and management companies do not (as you experienced) take good documentation and you unfortunately got the short end of that. I wish you the best!
