    3/1 – Premier Products contacted me 8:22am for an 8:40 install and delivery. During delivery, I observed the 2 individuals parked in an Enterprise Rental Car unbox the dishwasher on the street, laid it on its side and scratched the back of the appliance. They did not use a dolly to bring the appliance into the house, instead, carried it and then set it on the floor. They had no regard for maintaining the integrity of the new appliance. They did not come equipped with the proper tools, and had to ask me for pliers. Once installed, they noticed the white plastic pipe was leaking on the right side of the dishwasher so they stated they would need to get me a new dishwasher and would have to come back. I firmly believe this was damaged as part of the rough handling of the appliance on the street. Upon exit, they dragged the appliance on my hardwood floor with no regard to any damage they may have caused. Additionally, they left my front door wide open during installation, left screws all over the floor, and left water all over my living room and didn’t come equipped with any towels to help wipe up the water. Adding insult to injury, they somehow capped my hot water, leaving me unable to do my dishes and obtain hot water in the kitchen. 3/2/2022 and 3/3/2022 - Contacted Premier Products at ###-###-####. I left a voicemail on 3/2, no returned call. Both calls on 3/3/2022 went to voicemail but mailbox was full so I was disconnected. 3/3/2022 Contacted GE Home Delivery ###-###-#### o Filed a complaint o Stated I should receive an email response within 24-48 hours, but stated the company is notorious for not contacting their customers o Also found out my delivery was scheduled for 3/8 – no one contacted me about this date or whether or not I would get a new dish washer or a replacement part and had to reschedule. Still have not heard about whether they will be showing up again.

    Horrible! Contracted through AHS and **************** (replacement of appliances with Premier serving as *********************** provider). Calls forwarded to service-no answer for 2 weeks!
