Horrible stay 11/5-11/7! Beware! They rented me a room without a functioning toilet. There were other things wrong with this room (shower too hard to pull out to turn on water, and no coffee replenishment in room after 1st day). I notified Hotel lobby very single day of may stay regarding the non functioning toilet only to hear from a hotel manager, ******************* who was rude and sarcastic to me. I never got a fixed toilet or a different room, at the end of the stay the hotel manager graciously (sarcasm) actually credited me a big whopping ($90) on a room I paid $300 a night for two nights! Remember ****** we are the reason you have a salary!After returning home, I followed up with a call to a new hotel lobby manager, ***** who apologized to me and is looking into why this happened. Not expecting much action, as mentioned previous manager was very rude!This company claims to have 4 starts for hospitality, which was definitely not shown during my stay, not to mention all the functional things wrong in the room.
