Customer ReviewsforLift Kits 4 Less

I ordered a product through Lift Kits 4 Less and had to cancel my order for personal reasons. It has been almost over a month and no refund to my account as of right now. I have left 2 customer service tickets with no response. And as everyone knows, you can't get them on the phone. Easy to take your money but not to get it back. Talking over $1k on the product for my refund. I would like some answers as this is getting extremely frustrating. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.

I placed an order for a pair of Hotchkis Max Handle Bars on November 29, 2021 that were advertised what I perceived as a very good sale price. I received the initial order Information
and presumed the order would take a bit longer than usual. I am writing this as of February 12,
2022. I have tried contacting Lifts Kits 4 Less more than several times using their site and phone since mid January 2022. I have not received any kind of a response as of yet.

Root Cause Effect - Lift Kits 4 Less have taken my available funds, tied up my line of credit that
has been used for those parts and now cannot make another order else where until this order is credited back into my account. The last thing that has occurred is my project has been at a standstill for the last two months because these parts are needed before I can continue on with all the modification that will be done.

I have made contact with the Manufacturer, Hotchkis. They have the kit in stock and told me that they can fulfill that order when I was ready. In other words, Lift Kits 4 Less didn't have it in stock to clear out inventory and have never placed an order with the manufacturer.
I have had to file a claim with my financial institution. Who knows how long that process should really take?

My recommendation would be not to jump at something that looks like it is too good to be true, because this was really too good to be true. I did not look at reviews first of Lift Kits 4 Less on how they have been conducting business for as long as they have been operating
like this without any concern or consequence and legal retribution.

I have reached out to them multiple times about my order status with no response. I ordered a kit on 9/24 at this point I want a full refund but can't get ahold of them. So I guess I'll just file a claim with my banks fraud department and just purchased the kit through someone who cares about there customer. This is probably the worst company I have ever worked with.

Summary: STAY AWAY. I placed an order for a pair of shocks in August 2021, it is currently mid Feb 2022. I was told in November that we were waiting on a manufacturer to supply the product and it was due at christmas. Fine OK. Christmas comes around the product arives in inventory, shows on their website as in stock. They've already charged my credit card in August so I'm not ordering another set. Their phone line leads to nothing, their customer support ticket service gives 0 resolutions, and their chat feature only allows you to contact someone if you say you want to order a product and need help selecting. Even then it takes hours to get connected to someone IF they dont end the chat on you. I would never order from this place

Customer service is horrible. I have been trying to cancel my order and nobody contacts you back. Quick to take the money but you get no product and no customer support.

I ordered a set of rims in November 2021 at first I received an email saying that my billing information was incorrect, which I was informed later that it was fixed. After fixing my billing info, $523.80 was removed from my bank account for the price of the rims. It is now February 2022 and I have not received a shipping confirmation nor will the company respond to my emails. All I want to know is if and when I might receive my order or a refund otherwise. The item number for the rims is HLZB-100P-XXXXXXX. I am very disappointed with my transaction and so far would not recommend using this company.
