    Worst customer service EVER! The owners mouth was disgusting. He cursed at me and was so rude. took almost a month to get a refund and to me to go **** myself.

    I want to be clear about one thing: I will not tolerate abusive, rude, or nasty behavior toward myself or my team. We go above and beyond to provide quality service to customers who are reasonable and respectful. If you choose to engage with us in an entitled, disrespectful, or downright nasty manner, I won’t hesitate to tell you exactly what I think. You mentioned that it took a month to get your refund, and while I understand the frustration, this was due to processing timelines with our distributor—something entirely out of my control. We do not delay or hold up refunds intentionally. I stand unapologetically by this philosophy: respect is a two-way street. If you choose to treat us poorly, I will not sugarcoat my response. You get what you give.
