      On 8/8/2021 I paid $10.49 to Lift Kits 4 Less via ****** for a cup holder. I have not received the item to date. On 9/9/2021 I contacted them to check on status and "Andrew G" replied they would reach out to manufacturer on update and notify me accordingly. On 1/22/2022 I requested a refund of my money as I am no longer willing to wait. No refund back to my ****** account. On 6/21/2022 I told them to refund or I will file with BBB and post on 4x4 social forums.

      I placed an order with Lift Kits 4 Less on December 3rd, 2021 for a **** ****** OE ******* Bumper Low-Height Tube order # **********. The total cost was for $178.99 and it was deducted from my bank account on December 6th, 2021. I was trying to contact them via Email because they never answer the phone, till December 21st, 2021 when Amber O****** replied one of my Emails on 12/21/2021 saying that the manufacture (****) was having port issues and some items are in the sea and havent docked as this is a container problem many vendors are having they dont expect to have this part in till next year but dont have an actual eta. it's been more than four months since that and I've still waiting for the product. I was trying to contact them several times with no luck and no answers. I just wanted to know if they have tha product and if not I want my money back as a refund.

The manufacture has been out of stock and in production of this unit for the last 6 months. As we informed you they were able to provide the expected ship date.       I purchased an item from LiftKits4Less and it did not work out for my vehicle. I contacted the company for directions to make a return, and after an extended period I finally got a return slip. I then paid to have the item shipped back, but now they have Received it, can't seem to get a reply or my money back. I want my full money back, i would like to be reimbursed for the cost to return, and I would like for their website to no longer read "easy returns" when that is obviously false advertising.

      Purchase date July 2, 2021. ********** XXXXX Grille Guard. Purchased online from LiftKits4Less. The part did not fit the 2017 **************** that it was supposed to. Phone Calls were made weekly through August and September, 2021, after the purchase to return the item. No answer. Requests were made on their site to return the item, excuses were made that they were looking into the problem and were trying to resolve but lip service did not get anywhere. I would like to be able to return the Grille Guard and receive $369.55 back. The cost of the Grille Guard.

After almost a year of calling and emailing and getting the BBB involved a resolution has been made.       On September 28, 2021, I placed an order with Lift Kits 4 Less for a **** ***** 2.31" Channel-Mount Coupler With Easy-Lock in the amount of $36.12 and a **** 45911 Replacement 2" Adjustable Channel Mount Shank in the amount of $54.87. After a discount of $4.55 was applied, my debit card was charged $86.44. The order number is **********. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via e-mail, "chat", and telephone. This company does not answer the telephone, does not respond to chats, and rarely answers e-mails. In the only e-mail response I received they blamed "container issues at port". I have made attempts to cancel the order and get a refund but do not hear back from the company. It has now been six and a half months and I have not received the items or a refund.

      On February 16th, 2020 I ordered seven tires in total (four in size 315/70/17 and three in size 35/12.50/17 ) but have only received five of them. I sent an email, tried live chat on company website and called numerous times but it's only a recorded message asking you to open a ticket on their website, which they don't respond to. I would like my two other tires or a refund for four tires in size 315/70/17 since they are now discontinued in that size and I only have two of the four tires I ordered in that size.

      Purchased a ****** head gasket on X-XX-XXXX order # XXXXXXXXXX from Liftkits4Less.com fedex ground tracking # XXXX XXXX X (XXX XXX XXXX) X XX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The bore size of head gasket I purchased is too small. I contacted Liftkits4less.com on X-XX-XXXX through chat support system to return the head gasket (Head gasket is unopened still in original packaging). Their chat support system said my inquiry had been sent. It is now X-XX-XXXX and still have not received anything from Liftkits4less.com. I have called their phone number on 2-21-2022 and 2-22-2022 and it prompts you to use their online chat support system over and over again. Their website claims easy returns. This is not the case.

Lucky for me I live close enough I did not have to use expedited shipping to get the item back in time. In the end the return got handled. Due to your customer service or lack their of, I will never use this company again.
