Jerry's Nugget is and has been a unwelcomed venue for people of color. I used to patronize their place when they had Motown on Friday's. Since moving out of the area, my folks and friends have complained about how they are treated and when it is brought to management attention, specifically Jeremy who is I guess the manager, is futile. My sister who was a patron, was there playing a machine when she was asked to leave for no apparent reason (although she tipped the slots ladies on a continuous basis) was rudely escorted out and never given a reason why. When continues calls to reach out to Jeremy to asked why, she was ignored and finally given a statement as to she was trying to use her drink tickets. This is after she spent 300.00 in slot play. Still no reason as to why, although other patrons witness how she was treated. My next statement will go out to the owners and to EEOC as to racial statements have been practiced in the past at this location. When we ask for a written statement from Jeremy, he reneged. This is not the first time as we also have statements from former patrons of color regarding their treatment as well and their dealing's with this same manager. What happened to customer service? The floor manager on duty that day also contributed to the treatment of my sister as well. I just wanted to go on record as to how you can play, often there and then be treated like like she was. Needless to say she no longer patronizes this place and we will seek remedy a long other lines. I am merely giving a heads up to people of color not to patronize a business that treats you like a third world citizen after they relive you have been a pretty loyal costumer. I really believe it was racially motivated as we also have statements from other customer's who also no longer recommend Jerry's Nugget. I would advise that you do the same. Thank you Jeremy for you non assistance, we are not through with this.

JERRYS IS AN VERY RASIST PLACE OF BUSINESS EVEN IN 2022. I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE THAT IM NOT WANTED THERE. AFTER SPENDING AND TIPPING OVER 300.00 WAS TOLD I HAD TO GO AND DONT COME BACK.
