I paid for services I did not get. Once paid we asked for what we paid for which was 3 music videos once completed we noticed that after repeated request by Mr. Rojas and his staff Sharp Shooter Ent. Refuse to send work's then a payment was not posted due to fraud and once I got notice from Mr. Delano Demanding that I pay an additional $1000.00 when the balance fee was less than $600 this is extortion and we demand that all monies be refunded and work to be delivered or we will litigate for the amount demanded in our intent to sue letter.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/03) */ This man paid with a bad check. It bounced so I'm not giving the second and third video. This theft lucky he got the first one. Then he come here lying. He knows his check bounced. I have a whole text feed of it. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As everyone can see Sharp Shooter owner response demonstrates that they have no respect for their customers. This is the problem we are having the owner and his company no respect for a customer. He was paid in full with a money order. We asked for our Work for 4 weeks with no results his emails show he has other important work other than ours. We are Victims of Unjust enrichment by S.S.E We will take this matter to Court if this is not resolved here. This is yet another attempt to settle this matter out of court. The response here dose not offer any solution therefore we reject the response. We would be victorious in any court if this case is heard by a Judge. Send work so you can get paid or this case will not go away. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/12/14) */ They need to pay check bounced. They have a balance of thousands dollars. THE RESPONSE BY THIS COMPANY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WE PAID IN FULL AND THE OWNER REFUSED TO RELEASE OUR PURCHASE. IN ADDITION AS A RETALIATION HE TOOK OTHER WORKS THAT WERE PAID IN FULL DOWN SO WE WILL BE GOING TO COURT AND FILLING ADDITIONAL COMPLAINTS AND INCREASING OUR DAMAGES DUE TO HIS ACTIONS. HE IS ON NOICE TO PROVIDE FULL REFUND FOR ALL VIDEOS THAT WERE PAID IN FULL. FINAL NOTICE A CLAIM HAS BEEN PREPED FOR THE COURTS REVIEW. WE WILL ALSO BE FILING A POLICE REPORT FOR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES.
