So I started my business in Nov 2021, middle of pandemic. It was slow at first due to the pandemic, plus I had locators who weren't familiar with my area. So it got off to a rocky start, but came in my new locator, Marshon, Nov 2022. We worked very hard during the winter months and I finally secured my first client in Mar 2023. Then my second in June 2023 and now my third in Oct 2023. Marshon was my life saver!! I thought about giving up at one point. Glad I stuck it out. She is awesome This is a very good company to work with if you want to start your business. You pay exactly what you owe, nothing more!! This is very hard work, takes sweat, blood and tears. Lots of leg work on your end setting up. This has nothing to do with Healthier4U, this is all you getting your business set up. Healthier4U provides the machines and support for the machines, teach you how to load the machines, set up pricing, etc. They provide a hands-on two day training. Lots to learn behind the scenes, stick with it! You won't be disappointed.

I am incredibly grateful for discovering H4U Vending. I joined the H4U family a little over a month ago and they've already delivered with one location. It's a newly renovated gym in the heart of the city. I didn't expect to secure a location as fast as they did residing in the city that I do, But H4U Vending was very professional and punctual in finding my first location and they have guided me through my vending machine journey.

I started my healthy vending business with Healthier 4U Vending in 2014. Before I started the business (not qualified to give an opinion!) my idea of vending was a big black dirty machine with honey buns and soda. You know, the machines you see lined up, side by side on the turnpike when you traveled. I never thought you could have healthy options and what most machines provided with "healthy" options were bottled water and a granola bar. I learned from the H4U team about why not all machines are created equal and one of my biggest concerns was the machine breaking down, not giving product, and taking people's money. Since starting the business, I have never questioned the machine quality and must admit, I take it for granted at times currently. I was a product person who liked to eat healthy myself but would never dare eat out of a vending machine until I went to training in Las Vegas. I understand why certain products work in certain locations and why others simply do not. My knowledge quickly expanded, and the support was and has been amazing. Even to this day if I have a question, want to go over business strategy or just to say a kind hello they are a phone, text, or email away and what other company can you talk directly to the founders, who started in 2011 with their own healthy vending route and both are lifelong entrepreneurs. H4U promised everything they said they were going to do but understand that this is a business and H4U owners need to be proactive to succeed. Finding locations at times, in the beginning, was a grind but I expedited that process by providing the location department with places I wanted to be part of in my area and not just a name and an address but a contact person as well (you would be surprised what a number or email can do). During this all-important time in the business, they were finding sites for me that I never knew a healthy vending machine would work. Given the fact I had a 90-day trial with every location really had me very confident I would be successful at this. I have had to move machines but it's not the end of the world and I never understood why owners would let a machine sit and make no money when they could move their entire business to a location that would work? Again, if you are not willing to put in the time/effort how much can you expect? The fact is this business is passive and I can't tell you the satisfaction it feels to take my wife out, play with the kids or just sit on the couch watching TV and making money. Also owning a business that is making a difference and something I believe in is rewarding. I have owned other businesses before, but this is the easiest one I have ever run. I noticed that one-star review and from my experience, I would have to disagree as I never felt once they "had" my money things changed. In fact, from my initial investment, H4U never asked for another dollar. I also worked at this as H4U did a tremendous job at offering the tools but ultimately, I was the one who had to build the house. Goes to show you some people were not meant to run a business and that is alright but this is very simple so I can't imagine how someone could mess this up? COVID was a part of my business. My numbers were down from April 2020 until about August 2020 but eventually went back up and in some of my locations I even increased sales with cafeterias and juice bars closing but I would never have abandoned ship especially during the pandemic. This is just one opinion but with any business, you are going to have to work at it to be successful, H4U gives you tools to do that but in the end, your success is determined by you. You either play the victim role or hold yourself accountable.
