Buyer Beware! If I could leave a lower review, I would. They didn't just take my deposit, they tried to take over $11k. I was told by client care coordinator (clinical?) that I was eligible and paid the full amount. I asked to have the surgeon review my condition before traveling and was told the surgeon said I needed to get my condition under control first. I was unable to have future surgery, even provided a note from my PCP who referred me, and they would not refund my money. After multiple requests for a refund, they finally agreed to refund half of and credit the rest, but would not guarantee the same price or a full refund if I continued to be ineligible, not to mention losing the deposit. I am still waiting on a dispute with my credit card (I recommend using a card so you have some recourse). I read Blossom's documented submission to my credit card and it was inaccurate and indicated I was the one who cancelled, not the surgeon. Luckily I have lots of emailed documentation. This place is great. Kept me well informed with videos to watch. They keep in touch with nutrition consult 2 weeks out. Last but certainly not least is the staff and Dr. ****. I had no l hidden fees, everything was straight forward and suggest this place for anyone wanting to make the jump.Review from steve s.

they take your money and run. The term "Deposit" is a misnomer. It should be called "Confiscatory Fee"

Hi Steve, at Blossom we do our best to make sure clients understand aspects of preparing for surgery and are able to make an informed decision before placing any deposits. Before we collect any deposits from clients we have a disclosure stated and agreed upon outlining that the deposit is non refundable but transferable to any date within a certain range. We understand that surgery is a major decision and it takes time to prepare and see what options work best for you. We always want to make sure our clients feel comfortable with our practice and after we reviewed your case we made an exception to this rule and did issue a refund of your deposit, we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavor's.
