    We sought out a indoor secure ** storage in Las Vegas. We found a promising business and for $400. a month for secure storage. WE WERE ROBBED My husband and I kept our Class A here for serval months. We gave word that we be picking up ******.. They left the ** outside for us to pick up.My husband went in and picked up the keys. They left ALL our underneath storage compartments UNLOCKED ! They took our favorited two chairs, tool box, drill, lantern, a case of butane, a ten foot sewer extension hose, a water hose and a ************************ racers inflatable paddleboard and accessories. Secured? NOT!!!!

    In our records we have *********************** as the lease holder and his wife ************************* as an addition person allowed to pick up and drop off, so in the attachment you will see *********************** as the name and signatures. ****************** had his coach over at Velocity Truck Center for a few weeks and when it was ready to be picked up he had asked us to pick it up for him. We did or a fee and brought it back into storage. When storing with us we no need to go into any compartment doors, we simply go through the driver door in and out to move the coaches as needed. They then had asked 24/7 Motorcoach Service to replace a battery. Once it was ****** to service the service manager noticed the compartment door handles were missing and bungee corded shut. Our service manager asked if ****************** would like this fixed and he declined. Storage nor Service went into the compartment doors. Neither company also would have checked if they were unlock as there is no need for us to go into them. When ****************** called to pick up he knew that since it was after hours the coach was going to be sitting outside. We do have secuirty officers that patrol from 6pm-6am every day. Attached is the lease agreement that is initaled and signed by ****************** stating we are not responsible for any stoled or lost items.

    I engaged 24/7 to sell my 2019 Tiffin Wayfarer Motorcoach in May 2023. I have been a client of 24/7 since November of 2021 for both indoor storage and service to my coach during that time. On August 7th, 24/7 successfully sold my coach at an agreed upon price. Upon comfortably ensuring the buyer's money payment had cleared they released the vehicle into the possession of the new owner. It is now approaching the 3rd complete week and I have yet to receive the proceeds due to me from the sale. I have left several voicemails and 2 emails to ******************* in the last 10 days. I have yet to receive any acknowledgment from **** to these messages. I now have a growing concern that I may be a victim of fraud.

    Dear Mr. and *************,

    We are writing in response to the complaint you filed on August 24th, 2023, with the Better Business Bureau regarding the payment for the 2019 Tiffin Wayfarer, which was issued to you on August 25, 2023, in the amount of $104,925.35.

    We would like to clarify that the vehicle was sold on August 7, 2023, and as stated in the used vehicle consignment agreement on page 3, above the signature line, payment is to be issued within 10 business days after it has been cleared by the bank. We would like to emphasize that the wire transfer process can take up to 72 hours for the funds to be transferred and cleared. Following this, there is an additional 10-day window for settlement disbursement, minus fees, and DMV documentation paperwork.

    Based on our calculations, the 10 business days as promised in the agreement would be from August 8th until August 24th. We can confirm that payment was submitted to you on August 24th and showed clear from our account on the next day, Friday, August 25th. 

    To provide further evidence of payment, we have attached the enclosed documentation, which includes proof of the wire transfer and relevant bank statements. These documents clearly demonstrate that you have received the full payment of $104,925.35 as agreed upon.

    We understand that delays in payment can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.However, we assure you that we have followed the agreed-upon timeline and have fulfilled our obligations as outlined in the consignment agreement.

    We value your business and strive to provide excellent customer service.

    As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer our assistance in addressing any further concerns or questions you may have regarding the payment process. We ask that this case be closed and removed from the BBB site.
