It is the worst company you can work with. They basically do nothing and send you a ridiculous amount of bills.

I am very disappointed with Ideal Business Partners and the firm ran by Glenn ******* I honestly felt confident with him in the beginning of our relationship, but as time went on an issue with the documents that were filed with The Nv. Sec. of State that were no complete had deemed my UCC filing as a fraudulent claim and worthless. His firm was notified by email, USPS and I made him cogent of the situation by phone. He wanted another retainer to look into what they neglected to do in the first place. This has caused severe problems for me in my effort to recover the collateral backing a loan made to another party, (Miss ****** and Laser Medspa ll Inc.) He also knows Miss ****** and we find it to be a conflict of interest. Miss ****** also, under oath in a court of law testified that Mr. ****** informed her that he was CONCERNED FOR HER SAFETY.
After I found out about the useless UCC filing and what was claimed to have been said by him under oath in court. He refused to address the issue with The Sec. of State and also would not issue a brief statement denying that he ever said that to Miss ******* so it must be true then.
Mr. ******* unwillingness to cooperate, negligence and lack of Professional Conduct along with his other multiple complaints with The Nv. State Bar has put me in an uncomfortable position. I believe that Mr. ****** made a poor decision by not making a call to the S. of S. and to draft a short statement denying what Miss ****** claimed that he said and it would have been a key document discrediting Miss ******* complaint for a Civil Harassment Order against me. Mr. ****** then went even further to send me a Cease and Desist letter.

Mr. ******** is absolutely incorrect about the subject UCC filing. His position is that a DEBTOR must SIGN a UCC lien for it to be valid. In addition to having no basis in law or equity, this position would render the entire lien process moot - as NO DEBTOR would ever agree to sign a lien against their assets once in default. Mr. ******** was provided thousands of dollars in unpaid time in resolution of his matter. We believe this is being posted here, nearly two years after our service to him concluded, because this same narrative has been proffered as a bar compliant that Mr. ******** expects to be dismissed. Despite his language here, his requested remedy is to have OUR FIRM continue to work for him, but without any compensation. Mr. ******** was properly served, and is ultimately seeking redress for a bad business deal that he made. While we regret not being able to assist him further, Mr. ******** lacks any credibility and his claims are baseless.
