    I placed an order for some men's cologne. What I got was women's perfume. I tried contacting the company and their response was "all sales are final" so I went to their website and the website states they "offer refunds if you receive the wrong product" I then went to my order confirmation email and all that said was "thank you for your order, we'll email you when it ships" No order number. No itemization of what was ordered. No pricing, tax, or shipping costs. Nothing that stated all orders are final. I did not order women's perfume. I don't need or want women's perfume. It smells like the stuff old ladies wear so I wouldn't even consider giving it as a gift. I just want to return it and get my money back.

    The customer received what he ordered.  He purchased all Products from our sales ad on instagram and facebook.  All Fragrances where not "Women" Perfume but an exclusive formula as advertised.  We explained to the customer who then proceeded to use language that was unacceptable to us.  We can provide ********* of customers transactions and proof of delivery of product customer purchased.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The only response I got from this company when trying to return this product was "all sales are final" when their website states they will allow returns if it is the wrong product. As far as what I ordered, there is no proof of the actual item because in my order confirmation it does not say what the item was, how much it cost, tax, shipping - none of that. So basically, it's their word against mine as to whether or not I got what I ordered since they have provided nothing confirming the product that was purchased. I have provided copies of all communications with this company that proves this. I did not order ladies perfume but that is clearly what I got. I don't want it. I want to return it & I want my money back.

    When customers check out there is a disclaimer about shipping and it says all sales are final.  We do do exchanges when the wrong product is sent, which is not the case of this order.  LPR was ordered and LPR was shipped.

    Enclosed is order and proof of delivery.
