      07/25/2024 I ordered from the company Cheek Boss. My order was $45.38. I received tracking information for my shipment, but I have not received my order. I emailed the company and was told I could get a replacement order, but I had to pay additional shipping of $10.71, which I did. This replacement order was shipped on 08/26/2024. As of today, 09/11/24, I still do not have either package. The only options I get from the company is store credit, which I will never use because I will never order from them again or paying yet again to have it reshipped. I do not want anything I do not pay for. All I am asking is that I get what I did pay for or at least get my money back.

      On August 2 I placed an order with cheek boss upon receiving my confirmation has said please check the address it was being shipped to It says if this is wrong please click here to fix immediately It says please hurry because our orders ship fast. I immediately went there and fixed my address 7 days later on the 9th of August ** order was shipped. A few days later when it had not arrived I contacted them to make sure that they got the correct address on the package. Contact with them on a Friday they don't do emails on the weekends and then it takes 3 days not including the weekend to get back to you so 5 days later I received an email from them stating that my package was on its way and to please be patient. I sent them another email stating that I was just trying to check the address it was being delivered to because it was late. The address that they shipped to was the wrong one. I informed to them that I had corrected the mistake immediately just like their email had asked me to do and that my package wasn't shipped until 7 days after me fixing the address.now they're saying that they want me to pay an extra $9.99 for them to reship it out to me or I can wait until my next VIP order which I canceled because I can tell this is a company that I do not want to be dealing with in the future. I paid extra money for a size guarantee in case they were the wrong size and they were returned so that I wouldn't have to pay shipping to get them replaced I asked them if we could just consider them returned because of size error and reship it under those circumstances and they said no that I had to pay 9.99 to get my order. I explained to them it was not my mistake. They didn't address the package with right adress.I followed their steps and now they're refusing to ship me my order again without paying more money. I only paid $4.99 when the first time and now they want double that.

      I placed this order and finally received a package that was in a paper bag clearly ripped open and contents removed. I reached out to the company requesting replacement items that I paid for and did not receive. They told me they refused a refund but I could pay them $10 more and they'd ship it out to me again. I said no thank you as the paper bag they were shipped in would probably happen again. I am beyond disappointed and upset that I spent my money and was refused service for their mishap. Pay for better quality shipping items or since I see this happened to someone else, maybe the company is actually stealing from their customers and blaming others. I will not be a repeat customer.

      I made a purchase through this website and it was shipped about 3 weeks ago however, *** does not have the package as it was shipped through a third party. Upon reading reviews of this company this always happens. They will send a shipping confirmation and you can track a package to a certain location and then tracking stops and the package is never delivered.

      I cancelled a monthly subscription today after reaching out to the company to let them know that I had not received my June items or my replacement May items- all of which were paid for. I also had to pay to send *** items back. They stated they were not liable if it got lost in the mail and offered to have me pay again for shipping or wait until August. I don't trust them with another ***** of my money.

      Cheek Boss is a predatory company. Dismissive, rude and unprofessional customer service that rely on their shady fine print to employ responses to people who place orders with their company. Ordered underwear on June 29th 2024 and they never arrived. It is July 24th 2024. I contacted Cheek Boss early on to advise I hadnt received the product. They responded and advised they hand their products off to **** to deliver. When I pointed out that Id not received anything and there is no indication or disclosure of their shipping process and asked for a refund they advised there are no refunds even if I didnt receive the product.I advised it was sketchy, that I didnt want the product and I was reaching out to my bank to dispute the charges. They dismissed my email and sent tracking information for the product anyway. Disgusting display of unprofessionalism and super passive aggressive behavior likely due to absence of emotional intelligence and care for their customers.Predatory is the least I could say. It appears that based on other reviews this company makes their money through these types of shady practices. They wouldnt even respond to the inquiry that the merchant would offer to look into the missing product for the customer considering customers are not notified that they do hand off shipping instead of using one carrier.See the other experiences on BBB.I shared my experience with my bank but have a substantial following on several social media accounts and will be sharing my this experience.They do not care. Do not buy from them. But if you made it to this page, likely, you already have.Which is what they want.

      Looks like Im far from the only person whos had issues with cheekboss not issuing appropriate resolutions for lost packages. The fact that theres been this many complaints, means theres an issue with how theyre shipping and they dont care to fix it I ordered June 20, 2024, as of July 24th, I have not received my items. I ordered 4 undies and one bra with new customer deal for a total of *****. Like MANY others have said, it was lost once it was on the way to being transferred to another shipping company. Their only resolution is a credit for the amount, or for you to spend 9.99 to process sending again ONLY IF, they have the items in stock. They do NOT have the items in stock and are tricking people into giving them more money cause they will not refund you the 9.99 if its not in stock. A credit for the new customer deal is not appropriate either because their undies are ***** and **** *****, this is another trick to make you spend more money and they refuse to give you the credit with the new customer deal again This is a scam. Period. They will lie and say they cant file claim with *** but I called *** and and they can. So they intentionally block customers from making a claim and wont make a claim on your behalf.UPS website and automated system also doesnt even recognize the tracking number itself, it should start with a 1Z but mine starts with a 8. So theyre doing something intentionally on their end to make things more difficult for customers than they need to be.

      I am rejecting this response because the ******* has no guarantee of replacing the items originally purchased. If the items are not in stock, customer is losing out on an additional 9.99 and they just keep retorting with well its our policy after the fact. They are not informing people that they also will not receive a refund for the 9.99 if items are out of stock. Instead of taking responsibility for their ineffective shipping practices that are clearly resulting in a surplus of customers having packages go missing as soon as its supposedly being transferred to ***** they are instead making it the responsibility and loss of the their customers  

      Company makes no attempt to provide more tracking for ***** ******* claims they have no tracking insurance which is clearly irresponsible since their customers are experiencing financial loss due to the cheekboss decision

       

      im also rejecting this response because we are a small business is not an appropriate excuse for failing to resolve shipping issues and failing to give an appropriate resolution to customers not receiving their items

      I have been homeless since August ************************************************************************************************************************************** products because I don't live there. Plus that I am homeless and have no address for them to send my product to me because I have to move from motel to motel due to laws about staying in motels here in ********* anymore. However, they continued to use PayPal to keep taking payments from my bank account even after I changed ATM cards and everything. All I want is my money back and for them to stop sending products I have paid for to whoever lives in my old house on my dime. All while I am scraping together money to keep some type of roof over my kids head and food in their stomachs. I've tried every aspect possible but they refuse to stop not refund me my money back!! IDK who is getting their product but it sure isn't me I live 40 miles away from where I used to live at so I don't know why they keep scamming me out my money but it needs to stop NOW,!!! Please help?

      I placed 2 orders in which tracking says lost in transit. I have reached out to customer service several times and get the same response, they tell me I provided the incorrect address, my original order shows my correct address entered upon ordering and they refuse to resend my items stating I must pay $10 in shipping charges. It isn't my fault I never received the items, tracking shows my correct address yet they refuse to help and customer service will only chat via email which takes days to get a response. Terrible customer service, Buyer beware they will just keep your money.

      I purchased items on a promotion so even if I attempted to repurchase I wouldn't receive a fraction of the items and you still want to charge me $10 for shipping. 

      Tracking shows a tracking number but doesn't prove my items were ever shipped. I should be able to get a refund to my original form of payment or a replacement at no charge.
