      I ordered a Tshirt Aug6, 2024 only received a generic thank you for your support email. No tracking information what so ever. Aug 21, 2024 I emailed asking about shipping and that I never received anything else from them. Another generic email stating theyre behind and I should be getting my order soon. Its now sep17, 2024 and still have no shipping information, no t shirt Nothing! Very disappointed! I spent almost 40 on a shirt because I support these two and their beliefs. Very surprised at this service.

      I ordered an order on July 31, 2024. I spoke to an automated thing once that said sorry the delay was do to back order. Now I can't reach anyone and I haven't gotten my product. They also charged me but I have not received any goods or services.

      On August 1, 2024 placed an order. Web **** said average of 9 days for delivery. After 14 days I called and they hadn't even shipped the order. They then shipped it. If I hadn't called, they never would have shipped my order.

      This website offers items for sale. I have placed two orders (two weeks since the first) and have not received any of the products nor even tracking information. I'm beginning to think this is a scheme of some sort as I have not spoken with anyone who has received product from them. I have contacted them via email on 3 separate occasions and only receive boiler plate responses.

      I place an order amount of 30 dollars.I emailed them and they did reply . At first they said they did see I place an order recently. I then asked for confirmation of my entry tickets for the truck giveaway.They said we see you place an order but no giveaway entries.I said that doesnt make sense because that is how you get entries.Then they changed there story to and said the last order I place was almost a year ago. I also sent them my bank statement showing they the money was taken out .They basically said sorry about your loss and talk to your bank .I love watching the twins and Im sure they are not out to hurt or scam people but there system ***** and take money from the people that are stupid enough to give money.Just dont do it would be my advice.

      We have been in constant communication with customer about his most recent order issues. A screenshot of every order he's ever made was sent to him with the last order coming in January of 2023. The story only changed because the first customer service agent to look into this mistakenly said they found an order from January, but that order was from the previous year. This information was then given to the customer. Despite the bank showing that money had been taken out, we could not issue any type of refund or delivery of goods with zero record on our end that that order was ever made. A $30 store credit was issued instead to customer because we cannot issue any type of refund without their being a purchase. At this point, advising the customer to take it up with their bank was the only remaining option

      On 9/29/2023 I inquired about how much the price would be to enter into a sweepstakes & when I went to the following screen to check out it automatically charged my card. I still wasn't sure how much they took until I went to my card statement. I immediately disputed the charge & was sent an email informing me of a store credit & that I would receive another email for the store credit (which I did not). I have emailed them several times telling them to please refund my money to my card. I also disputed with my bank but they denied my refund on 3 separate occasions. I just want my money put back. They can not take my ********* never received any products or services from them.

      They are lying. I have sent my dispute through 3 times & it keeps getting denied from this one finalized on 10/10/23. I have even called & spoke to someone at their corporate office & have not heard back since from them. They tried issuing me a gift card to their website & I declined it. Their reason was bc it had been 3 months since the transaction when I requested a refund days after the money was taken off of my card. I want my money back!!!

      We have not heard from the consumer for over a month after reaching out to resolve the issue at hand. Per our policy, we cannot issue any sort of refund after 30 days. Store credit was issued to cover the cost and sent to the consumer. During disputes, we must submit evidence to the consumers bank. Only one dispute was filed from the consumer and the bank ruled in our favor due to the evidence sent in on our behalf.

      I requested a refund a few days after the money was taken off my card. It had not been a month. There policy was not that they could not issue a refund to my card 3 days later. I am not interested In patronizing this business so a store credit will not suffice for me. Especially after them doing bad business with me. I disputed the transaction over & over on cash app & they denied it several times. I just want my money back! That is not fair that they are trying to decide how my money is spent by giving me a store credit when I followed their policy only 3 days after I seen the money was taken out of my account. I included in my last response a picture of the dispute. This is not on my error but there's & I demand my money back!

      The reason we could not issue a refund was because before we were even contacted by the consumer, she had filed a dispute. Like we've stated before, during an ongoing dispute, we are not able to issue refunds or ship out orders. That is why we issue store credit to cover the cost of whatever is being disputed. Also stated before, we won the dispute by providing the consumers bank with evidence on our behalf. At this point, we have done everything we can.

      The customer placed the order on August 1, 2023 and emailed the same day requesting a cancellation. The order was shipped the same day and I also responded to the customer the same day. The pricing for his order was explained to him and he was informed that the order had been shipped. I let him know to email me back as soon as he received the package so I could send him a return label to send the package back for a refund. The customer never reached back out to let me know that the order was delivered and he needed a return label. I am happy to send the customer the return label so he can send his order back and received a refund.

      I ordered from the company. My order number was SH169909. One item I ordered I DID not get. Instead, I got a duplication of one of the other items. I sent email after email. ABOUT 18. This happened about 2 weeks ago. FINALLY THEY RESPONDED. They said they would give me a gift card for the price of the item to reorder. FINE except when I go to order they want me to pay for shipping when I did already.. IF A BUSINESS MUCKS UP AN ORDER I DO NOT CONSIDER MYSELF RESPONSIBLE TO PAY RESHIPPING ON THE CORRECT PRODUCT.       Ordered 3 items. A hat, a hoodie, and a t-shirt on May 26th. A package arrived on June 12th with only the hoodie. No hat, t-shirt, or even a packing list. I have emailed the company multiple times, tried the chat on the store, and called the numbers on the web site, and the one here. I have not got any response, not even an automated one. My order number was Order #SH164951, and was $102.
