    I will be forever loyal to Everything Branded as long as Lewis ********** is around. He helped get our client their branded giveaways in record time. He took extra care and time offering up options and alternatives from manufacturers with one-day shipping. Not to mention, stayed in constant communication so nothing fell through the cracks. This is the first company who has given 4imprint.com competition. Their products are very nice as well.

    The product I received was misrepresented and of incredibly low quality. The color was incorrect, the text placement was vertically off-center compared to the proof, and the ink was flaking. The online photos and proof were misleading, and the product does not meet expectations. Additionally, the business made no effort to resolve the issue, dismissing photo evidence that clearly showed the defects.
    The sales representative, Alvin, assured me the order timeline would not be a problem (promised delivery by 12/3), but the product did not arrive until 12/6. While the delivery delay isn’t the primary concern, it added to an overall poor experience.
    I’m disappointed by both the quality of the product and the lack of resolution from the company.

    Excellent communication with Zach ********** at Everything Branded! He communicated about the products, helping us select the best option and work on the logo placement. He was also responsive to feedback we sent. We will definitely work with Everything Branded for our needs in the future!

    Zach went above and beyond to help us with a large order, showing incredible patience throughout the many design changes we requested. He also worked tirelessly to fulfill a last-minute request that meant so much to our team. After another vendor canceled with less than a week's notice, Zach stepped in and made it happen. The order included custom memorial shirts honoring our beloved boss and dear friend, making it extra meaningful for all of us. The entire team loved the shirts, and they brought us some comfort during this difficult time. I’m truly grateful for Zach's dedication and support.

    Our new account manager Curtis ****** is incredible, and he has been so personable. I have had bad experiences with this company in the past, including a defective order and a refund request. That refund request has now taken 11 months, with still no resolution. However, the new customer service has made me hopeful for a better relationship forward with them, thanks you the accommodating nature of our new account manager Curtis.

    My rep, Alaizza ****** was amazing! I needed journals and pens, and she was able to give me great service and a great price. She promised me shipping would be within 1 month and it came within 2 weeks. Her service was exceptional and I will continue to use EVERYTHING BRANDED for future needs!

    I love that a full year after discovering this company, I requested quotes on more items and I was automatically and immediately called by the same person (a real, live person!) who I dealt with the previous year. It says something both about attentive employee and the company for retaining him. He's smart, knows the products, quick, and I really appreciate all of his efforts. Kudos to Lewis and thanks for making my job easier.
