      If you are buying a lexus or even other car from this lot... Please go elsewhere, the service is *****... the tow service that they hire for your supposed to be the help is ***** too... where can you see a tow company that says " I can only tow if your car is in the road side, (where in duh then use a longer rope or chain if the truck is not allowed in the driveway)... my car is dead it won't move at all , saying also that "battery jumpstart is not include"... left me speechless , how useless the tow driver and his words are! Then my lexus get's to the lexus service... not a single call just texting few words and if i didn't ask what happen to my car i don't get to know... the says (thru text) the battery got drained and they recharged and it passed... im like why they didn't attempt to ask me to change it... but it's too late already and another day that i don't have a car, they can't even provide a loaner car.. I didn't get a text or call that my car is ready, i waited a long while to get hold of the shuttle or pick up... all in all is a nonsense, wasteful service... i was able to drive, but the next day... dead battery again... so i get traumatized with their tow service that scratches a lot my car... so i decided to just buy the battery from lexus since, i have a warranty left... but still not easy process... they will not change my battery using a warranty if it tested pass again... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LEXUS OF LAS VEGAS, or THE WHOLE LEXUS... I am ready to get disposes any lexus in our driveway, i will rather have a regular maker.

      I recently purchased a new 2022 Lexus ES300H. I built one out on the Lexus website to verify the one I was looking at that was coming to the dealership to make sure it was priced correctly. The car was priced accurately even with the adds on. How ever  the dealer ship forced me to get options on the car which I did not want and the things they added were extremely over priced.   They charged me $1,295.00 for window tint that is not to the level that I need as I work at a military base and my car can sit in extreme sun light and temperatures.  I recently had my Toyota 4 runner tinted with the highest quality ceramic tint and it was less than $400.  Now I have to pay to have the tint that the dealership put on  to be taken off. They also charged me $695.00 for a small film to be put on the doors which only cost $90.00 trough Lexus and only take an hour if you are inexperienced. I would have rather paid for the upgraded version from Lexus which is only $145.00 but I was scared they would charge me another $1000.00 of labor when it is easier than the cheaper version. They also charged me  $2,995.00 for Zurich Application which in the past I have bought on my last car but I know that is usually pushed by the financial guy at the last minute. I do know with the world today things have changed and I understand that now you have to pay full MSRP for a car  and I was okay with that because of supply but to be forced to add things on even though the car had not even arrived and I asked in advanced not to put them on they gave me no choice. I had to pay  $5,485.00 for things that I didn't want. I even used Lexus finance because it was close to what my bank would give me and I know it helps the dealership. When I talked to the dealership they told me they need to keep their lights on to justify the add ons. They tried to resolve this by saying they would give me 4 years Maintenace. It already comes with 2 years. So basically a few extra oil changes.

      When Mr. **** initially came to the dealership to purchase his vehicle he agreed to pricing including accessories, and signed a purchase agreement. He also left a deposit pending vehicle arrival, after agreeing to pricing. We installed window tint, door edge guards, and Zurich as per our agreement to vehicle prior to delivery. When Mr. **** returned to pick up his vehicle he proceeded to renegotiate his deal, and received $2700 additional for his trade in an effort to satisfy our guest. He then proceeded with the purchase. After leaving a review asking to be reimbursed for products he agreed to add to his vehicle, he was contacted immediately. Mr. **** was offered 2 additional years of maintenance, as a courtesy. At no point in time was Mr. **** told that he had to purchase anything, and he agreed to as much in this follow up phone call. In fact, he was told that if he wasn't completely satisfied that we recommend he NOT purchase the vehicle.

      The term the Lexus used "as per our agreement to vehicle prior to delivery" is not an agreement as much as it is if you don't pay for these things then we can just get the next person because then it will be done and on the person has no choice. The Lexus had a choice to take care of a costumer instead said " make extra money for the dealership to keep the lights on" What about the price gouging for over charging window tint. $1295.00 from Lexus VS $500 at the most expensive place in Vegas and better tint than the Lexus. The extra trade credit was done because they low balled me and I actually had a printed off quote from BMW then Lexus matched it. Deposit only because if I didn't there would be a chance that I wouldn't find a car in the near future and the final numbers were not done until the car arrived.
