      This company is the worst moving company! I just received my stuff and let me tell you, the boxes were all crushed, I had broken dishes, and my dresser is broken at the bottom. I had to pay an extra amount of money to have my stuff transferred and delivered in a box truck. If I could give this company a zero star I would please trust and believe I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know. Their customer service dept. sucks not helpful at all. PLEASE BEWARE!

      Terrible expensive experience. Lost items broken items. Very poor service. Movers were disrespectful and treated our belongs carelessly. Can never get back personal items. Insurance is a joke. Please don't let others use this company.

      We are sorry to hear of a customer having a bad experience. The most recent customer of this name was from 2021 but no claim of loss or damage was ever filed for some reason with the third part claims adjuster so we have no records regarding the claims of lost and broken items in the review. Our claims processor worked on schedule even during the shutdown so a claim could have been opened. We regret that this customer had a bad experience.

      So far bad experience and disappointed with this company. The customer service is POOR. ********************** truck came late and with only one man. The man was 4 hours in, only half way done, and struggling. So my husband actually had to help the man load our belongings on the truck (which is what we paid for) to help the man and the process along as we had a 3 month old baby and in the middle of moving. Our delivery date was oct. 5th. We were assured by the company and the driver, that it would be **** days to receive our things. Weve received no communication at all. I called today to find out our things are sitting in vegas - not sure if theyre even in storage?! And that theyre waiting on a driver?! We need our things, especially for our baby and my spare/ replacement medical devices! We cannot afford to buy anything due to our move. BEWARE! They are quick to make false statements/promises and to take you as a client and take your money, but then do not have drivers to deliver your things!

      This company is untrustworthy and extremely difficult to work with. Trinity relocation services brokered them, who is terrible aswell(review coming)

      The driver, Robert, surveyed the house stating there was more items than in the list. Even when I provided a detailed list of my items prior. He said he was going to charge me 5k more than the contract. He started loading the truck then half way through halted work, and demanded I sign the additional items list and write him a check for 5k, pretty much putting my back against a wall and holding me hostage, Since I was leaving the next day. He said i was at the estimate but when i measured the truck he was still 300 cu. ft. Short of the estimate and got upset i was checking on him.

      They picked up a Fedex package outside my apt in the hall. Once we verified it was delivered by camera, and his working admitted picking it up he didnt want to look for it and said they will find it when they unload and call me tomorrow, which they never did and now wont look for it. Him and his crew went to the truck, after hours of breaks, and smoked pot. He started to get agressive toward me and my wife, cursing at me, threatening to leave all my items on the curb, which I have audio recordings of, I had to protect myself. They started talking about there times spent in prison trying to intimidate us, all recorded. At the end they left some of my items behind and not completing my move, and now they won't honor the full pack, which i was told would happen by trinity.

      At a time of excitement for me and my wife moving, it has become completely stressful and emotionally draining.

      All customer service has been saying, from trinity and Move On, has been blaming me. Where is real customer service! Doesn't anyone care at these companies.

      I have moved 3 times accross the country and this has been a complete disaster, and I NEVER complain.

      I am in the guest service business and I am at a loss of words.
